The installation of a new garage door and opener was done exactly as I had hoped. Communication with the Precision team was easy, convenient and timely. The crew arrived on time, kept me informed of progress and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. I was given a demonstration of the features and maintenance suggestions before they left. The crew cleaned up after install and checked for any screws etc. which could have been dropped on the garage floor; preventing possible flat tires. The lady who took my call and scheduled the appointment was not even close to the bid when the technician arrived. I even said so worst case it would cost this amount and she said yes. It was almost three times the cost. Turns out she quoted me one spring and the cheapest spring. I asked if they would need to replace both she said no. My technician said he would only do both. Then I was stuck paying $85 service call for them to do nothing or three times the initial quoted cost. I would shop around and choose a company that does not lie to you to get the technician out there. Or plan on whatever they quote you it will be triple the cost.
We receive this feedback with thanks. It is always good to hear from our customers. We are sorry your expectations were not met. We realize the importance of over-the-phone price estimation, however it is difficult to diagnose or know the safety and size requirements of each garage door issue before arriving on-site. We try to generalize, which does not always work out and in this case it seems the latter. Our team takes these comments seriously and we have heard you. Job was done in a very short time and the garage door has never sounded quieter! The springs were broken and my car was stranded in the garage, they quickly let it out!

They picked up on the phone right away. As we were going out of town in a few days, they got a repairman (mike) out early the next morning. He got garage fixed. We were going to have door replaced next spring anyway, as it was 30 years old, so mike gave us a rundown on the cost of a new door and opener. The crew was out early the next morning and had it in place just in time for our travel time. Highly recommend. Fast, efficient, pleasant.

I needed someone to undertake a small repair on my garage doors. As I scrolled through the web. precision Doors seemed a good. I telephoned a spoke to a human not a voice activated response. She said I could have a technician within a few hours. I was also given the service charge ($85) and told I would be given a full cost quote before they start the work. The technician Chad arrived promptly and quickly ascertained the problem. He gave me an full cost quote and completed the work. We were having problems with our 16 ft double garage door. I phoned Precision Door Service this morning and a Field Service Technician was here by noon today. Our technician, Chad Magaard, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in the install of our new opener and keypad. He was very efficient and answered all our questions.
