Adam the tech arrived earlier than expected, but that worked perfect for me. Had me walk him through what was going on with the door. After that, I went back inside and he took a look at the door and provided me two quotes, one for a complete fix for everything he noticed, and one for what it would take to getting it running again. I chose the cheaper of the two, no problem at all or annoying upselling. He got to work and less than a half hour later he was finished. As a first time home owner getting my garage repaired for the first time, this was a great experience and I couldn't recommend them more.

Ask for Greg if you get a choice. He was absolutely phenomenal and was very professional and friendly. I can't recommend this company enough for anyone that needs garage work done. To be candid, they're probably a touch on the higher side of pricing but you get what you pay for in life and with this team I feel like I got every cents worth for a job extremely well done.

This afternoon I was cleaning up my back yard of leaves and around the garage floor and driveway by blowing leaves and debris clear of the area. Unfortunately while doing that a leaf apparently blocked the garage sensor. When I closed the garage doors it didn't work. I immediately called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to schedule someone this, Friday, afternoon. Alex Williamson, my technician, came early and quickly identified the problem, and resolved it. I was pleased to pay for the service call this afternoon and still most of the evening ahead of me. Alex did an excellent job, and I will happily recommend Precision Garage Door of Mpls and St. Paul, for any further service requirements. Thank you very much.
