In what seems to be an era of poor customer service I was pleasantly surprised of the great service I received from Precision. They responded the same day, within the time period they said they would and called to tell me they were 20 minutes away for our appointment. Jameson was the technician, he was pleasant, very informative, diligent and good to work with. Installation of a new opener was quick; Jameson was very helpful getting all the remotes set and he explained the billing so I understood it completely. It might not be possible, but I'd suggest you ask for Jameson for all your service needs.

Precision disassembled old door, hauled away, and installed new one. Chris did a great job suggesting and informing us about getting the new door. Mylee set us up with scheduling. Your technician was excellent he was kind and courteous even though I was at work and talking through my daughter I was told that the service fee would be waived because our garage doors under warranty so when your technician get out here he informed of my daughter that The part that needs to be prepared was not covered by warranty and the charge would be $305 I informed my daughter that no we’re not going to pay for that and then he said well there’s a service charge and I informed my daughter that I am not paying for that either because when I called make the appointment I was told the service he would be waived and that everything on my garage door would be covered I am really not a Karen nor a difficult person I have my daughter felt terrible telling this technician that we’re not gonna pay the service charge but this is what I was told from your office when I was making this appointment so that’s the issue I have you know I paid $2000 for the garage door a little over 12 months ago you should stand up for your product no problem with your technician once again I told you he was kind and courteous and professional

The new garage door functions as specified. It is very smooth and quiet. Little concerned that the door was not aligned with the door frame. Looking at it from the inside of the garage the left side of the garage door aligns with the door frame and overlaps the door frame on the right side by about 1 1/2 inches appears to be offset to the right side of the garage door opening. Essentially the left side of the garage door does not overlap the door frame. The weather stripping is the only thing that overlaps the garage door on the left side. The functionality of the door doesn't seem to be compromised because of this.
