First I’ll say that everyone I spoke with to inquire for a garage door spring repair were all very friendly. Adam the technician who came to my home was very friendly and very detailed with giving me the overview of his findings for the repair, which I found helpful. However the price I was quoted was almost twice that of other companies I had spoken with, felt he was trying to upsell me on other items (new ballbearing and rollers) that weren’t really necessary. I decided not to go with this company so can’t truly rate their product/service. They may have superior products, I really can’t say since I didn’t use their service, but their cost was substantially higher than others.

Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses out here that do business the right way. Yes, I would recommend.

I was impressed when I called to make an appointment to get my garage door checked out/replaced & was told they'd come within a couple day. In today's world that's almost unheard of. The technician called as promised & did a great job. No pressure & an honest review of what he could do - answered all my questions & did a fantastic job. He was courteous, did a great job & I have to admit I am one happy customer. I would recommend Precision again to anyone who needs their services. I'd give them 5 stars anytime.

Patrick arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He inspected our entire garage door and all components. He noticed wear on the cables, said our spring was in great shape and offered options for repair or replacement of our opener. He explained the costs and benefits of each. Since our door is 30 years old, we opted to replace the unit. He did the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself, showed me how to operate the opener, and program our wall units, vehicle openers, and set up the My Q app.. Trust, Value, Quality and Service are the reasons I recommend them

I recommend Precision Garage Door Service with no reservation and was completely satisfied with the entire process. I called midafternoon on Saturday and my call was promptly answered by a very courteous and polite woman who listen to my issue and assured me it would be handled the next day, with no additional week-end charge for the call. Gregg, the tech, was at my house before 9am Sunday morning, did a thorough 25 point inspection of my garage door apparatus, explained the evaluation and process in detail, answered all of my questions and concerns, made suggestions for what needed to be done immediately and what would wait for usual maintenance in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and he performed the job expertly, and in just a little over an hour! I highly recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed with the level of professionalism, courtesy, competence or the level of expertise they provide.

This company really has their act together. Their customer service and response time is unbeatable! I sent an email for quote and within 24 hours was sitting with Chris, their salesperson. He patiently answered all of our questions and left us with a quote that we accepted before he left. The cost for a new garage door, hardware and installation was much lower than anticipated. He then checked on availability of the door we choose and scheduled install next day! Donny the installer showed up on time with everything needed to the job. He was efficient, and knowledgeable. The job was done and done correctly. Although it was hot and muggy in our garage he maintained a pleasant personality. We would recommend this company, Chris & Donny every day, all day over all the others!

My garage door cable broke because the bottom mounting plates were rusty. I called around midday on Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment the next day (on Sunday) at noon. The technician (Patrick) was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He presented me with options for items that should be replaced, and he completed the work well within the time estimate he gave me. Precision Garage Door came highly recommended by my local hardware store and after using them, I understand why. They will be my go-to going forward.

We heard about Precision on Garage Logic and they were as good, No, better than advertised. From the call in, which was one of The best phone service calls I've had in years, to the service tech, Brian, it was a great experience. Quick service, called at 1:45 new springs installed by 2:45. Chuck was knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions. Door is working great. Price was a bit high $690 for two springs installed. I can buy these springs for $240, I'm sure your cost is less. When I called to make appointment I asked for ballpark estimate. I was told something like $225 installed. Well that was for one spring. I have two springs and a heavy door so my springs are more expensive. A couple simple questions for customers [i.e. # of springs and type of door] would allow you to give much better estimates.

Garage door came off the tracks, bent everything up, and could not even be closed. They were out within hours, even bumping us up when there was a cancellation. Talked over a couple of options from full replacement to quick repair to keep our garage secured for now with zero pressure. I will absolutely be using Precision when I replace the door next year.
