Jim came to service my manual garage door. Prior times I was told that I could not have opener installed because of a support beam in my garage. However , Jim was able to modify the track and install an opener. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with his service.

On August 1, a lift cable on my garage door suddenly pulled loose and the door came down trapping my car in the garage. I contacted Precision and James Magaard arrived promptly the next morning. After assessing the situation, he gave me a quote and proceeded to replace some damaged parts, restrung the cable, balanced the door and got it all working again. I have owned this property for 30 years and the garage door has never worked this well. Thank you James!

Chris S. (Sales) was friendly and helped pick out options for what was needed. Donovan (installer) was quiet but very knowledgeable and professional whenever we had a question. Both were on time and courteous. We needed a new door installed and possibly the control box. Turns out the control box was just jammed up and easily fixed (saving money). I'd use them again if needed.

Got quote right away. Technician was able to come out next day but did not complete job on same day. I had to call company to alert them the job was not complete. The technician was able to return the next week at which time he was able to complete the job, however once he left the safety light sensors turned off and his supervisor had to return to the job to replace the wiring. Overall the job wasn't done how it was promised and then I had to be the one to call that it wasn't completed correctly. Overall fast responses but not the quality that I saw from other reviews or what I was promised from the sales person.

The spring in our garage broke… door did not function. We called Precision and James arrived the first thing the next morning. He had the door fixed and reconditioned within in 90 minutes. Thanks James !

My garage door was lying on top of my car. The tech, Jameson, arrived early, assessed the problems, and went to work as soon as another tech, Chad, could join him due to the weight of the door. They very carefully removed the door in sections and caused no further damage to my car which surprisingly had little damage, a tiny scratch in the paint where it landed. Jameson and Chad did an outstanding job of cleaning up and preparing the area for a new door, motor, and hardware to be installed this week. Punctual arrival within 2 hours was wonderful. I feared my car would be trapped for days. This is the second time I have called Precision Door Service, and I continue to sing the employees praises.

this is the second time I have used precision and have been very happy with the service both times. Brian is absolutely the best!! Our garage spring broke late on Friday afternoon and yet Brian arrived Saturday exactly at the time we were given. He was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Had an on time technician come to my home. Was very thorough and walk me through the steps and options for the problem I was having on my garage door. Door was repaired but cost was extremely high Tech-Chad came out and repaired door -around 5 hundred Door worked- figured ok needed it done Four days later power outage in area due to storm,tried to open door manually- would not work called and got another tech Bret he came out and could not get it to operate manually.He tried many things but with Little success- I lost it - he worked on it but still no success so he proposed that for $500.00 he would send another Tech the following day to fix it Next day Chad shows up and fixes door for $500.00 So for $1000.00 dollars, I get my door fixed—— Question. What did Chad do in 1st repair that caused the door to not open manually. Was attempted repair measures done during Bert’s work cause higher cost to get door operable. I have heard good reviews about Prescision but this doesn’t sound like good business practices

Thank you for letting us know of your experience. I'm sorry it is less than stellar, but letting us know is valuable as it helps us improve. We have had a chance to look over this situation and do see that on our first visit that many items were causing issues in our Condition Report and and estimate was given to address all of the issues, yet the repair authorized only addressed part of the problem. The next visit was from our Manager, who tried to make it work, but the rest of the repairs were necessary as well. We are sorry that you are not happy with the way this all worked out, but hope that you are happy with the end result.
