Jason was great however it would of cost me $736 for me to replace my unit so I paid the service fee and went down to Menards and paid $40 and replaced it my self. Recommend calling if you are only willing to buy there parts.

Jake, The quick set systems is a do it yourself homeowner version of a torsion system and we do not service or maintain them. The only option we have to repair is to convert the quick set to a conventional torsion system which replaces all of the lifting and moving parts, essentially making the door work like new.

The cable on our garage door broke, and it was Friday evening around 6:30 PM. I called Precision Garage Door Service, and they had someone out here by 8:00 PM. Jason looked over the door and explained what options we had for fixing it. He did the repair within about 45 minutes, and was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend Precision.

Live chat the night before confirmed the appointment the next day. After reviewing the situation, our repairman Jason went through the various detailed options providing clarity on each topic. The nightmare and challenge we provided Jason was quickly repaired with new parts and piece of mind the job was performed correctly. Jason was very friendly and also very mindful of the vehicles that had been stranded in the garage prior. I will call Precision again if the need arises.

You were recommended by our neighbor. I checked out your website and then made an appointment with a very helpful customer service rep. Great communication from appointment confirmation through arrival of service technician (Jason). He was very knowledgeable & friendly. Jason did a complete inspection of the garage door and all components. He then clearly explained repair options and pricing. Once we reviewed and approved the quote, Jason quickly completed the repairs. GREAT JOB! I will use PDS again. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The installer was okay. The problem I have is the strategy around trying to sell me things I don’t need when I called to get my garage door fixed. Do not try contacting me with an apology because that doesn’t change the strategy. I get that you have to make money, but using scare tactics to try to get me to replace working parts is incredibly disappointing.

Precision was here within 2 hours after my initial call...that was REALLY amazing! The technition, Jason, was very polite and explained our situation in detail so that we could understand. I was impressed with your 5 star ratings on your website. Your phone was answered professionally and service was arranged with same day service. Jason Schuster was tech that came. He called to let me know when he would arrive, was thorough on his review of my current opener only 4 years old showing me where it was defective and giving me options to fix or replace. Since I had other issues with current opener in the past I chose replacement. Jason installed new opener and now I’m all set. He even programmed my car with opener! Very happy with product and service.

My door still jerks when opening.Jason changed the position of the J hook and offered to change some bearings ,which I feel would be unnecessary. I still feel the springs are unbalanced.

Jason was very thorough and honest with his inspection of my garage door. He gave me three options for repair to choose from with no pressure. I chose the highest option and I am really glad I did. My garage door has never been this quiet. Jason did an awesome job!
