Hi Kristi Jason Schuster fixed our broken spring and installed a garage door opener yesterday. You have an excellent employee in Jason. Knowledgeable, went over what was in the red and green on my garage door and opener, explained the billing and cost of service. After completion of the installation of products Jason went over the instructions of the door opener and showed how to use them. Thanks again for a wonderful service experience with your company. He was here in 2018 and put on new wheels and I was delighted when he was the installer for this project as well.

Excellent customer service. Phone calls were answered promptly and followed up with email or text. Technician (Jason) was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done and why in terms that I could understand. We needed all new equipment and you can't imagine how nice it is to go from a creaky garage door that sounds like it is going to fall off when it is opened or closed to something that we can't even hear it open or shut and can control from our phones. Unfortunately my garage door broke last night and I needed it to fixed ASAP due to cars being parked in the garage. I called at 6:30 AM and was able to have a technician to my house at 8AM. My technician (Jason Schuster) was very professional and he was aware I had to leave at a certain time to take my kids to school and he worked diligently to be sure it was done on time. I will for surely be using Precision for all my garage door needs in the future.

These guys are awesome! I couldn't be happier with their service! I am a single woman and had just moved into a new (used) home. I'm not terribly handy with things like garage doors and was having technical difficulties getting my garage door opener to sync with my car and with the remotes which the previous owner had left. The technician came out and quickly did an absolutely thorough assessment of all critical parts of my garage door opener (motor, tracks, chain, spring, etc.). Given the age of the opener motor, he could have justified trying to sell me a new one, but he did not do that. :-) He reported that the opener mechanisms were in surprisingly good condition (given their age). All I needed was a new "universal" remote and then everything else sync'ed just fine! :-) The technician was an expert at this. He TOTALLY knew what he was doing! (And he did NOT push me to spend extra money. :-) ) Yay! :-) A cheap solution and an expert report on my garage door's health!

I chose Precision because of their professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I wanted a product with great lighting, which they offered. Also, includes an app, which unfortunately may not work in my home because the wifi signal probably won't reach. The tech, Jason, was friendly, professional and efficient. Spring broke yesterday. We called this morning, and Jason was at the house within one hour. He checked out the door, did a thorough review of the work needed and the cost; and did not try to sell any unneeded work. He got to work quickly and was done within the time promised. Jason was friendly, courteous, and clearly an expert. He solved my problems in about 40 minutes. He gave me three options, possibilities for repair, and the cost for each option. The repair actually cost less than I anticipated.
