Jason, one of the techs, came out the same day I called. Within 15 minutes he had a detailed report going over everything that needed to be repaired/replaced (my door had crashed after one of the wire spools had rusted and given way). He was very friendly and very professional. Once I gave the go ahead he was done with everything that needed to be done in about 90 minutes, which seemed very fast to me! He did a great job and showed me everything he did. All in all, from the time I placed my initial call, it was less than 5 hours and I was back to fully up and running! Pricing was very reasonable and I can't recommend Precision enough!

Couldn’t ask for better service! From the first call I made to the work done by Jason, the technician nothing but first class treatment. I had a torsion bar spring break and it was replaced within 3 hours of my call even though the temperature was -4 F. Fasted service I have ever received when needing a garage door repair. We had a broken spring on our garage door. I called Precision and the girl who made my appointment was very pleasant and helpful. She scheduled a technician for 8am the next morning. Jason Schuster showed up on time and did a full inspection. He made some great recommendations on what I needed to fix and modify, considering I do a lot of woodworking in my garage and the dust was killing my bearings and hinges. He was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes after replacing the springs and bearings, lubing up all of the hinges and rollers, adding a reinforcement bracket and reprogramming the opener. Definitely recommend.
