Chad (who should get an Employee of the Year award) came to our house on a Saturday afternoon and, in a very short time, solved ALL of our garage door remote control problems (we have lots of vehicles and lots of remotes and we struggled with trying to program our cars to open the garage doors; the door pads (on the outside of the garage) stopped working - anyway, it was a mass of trouble! Chad straightened it all out, lubricated our doors (now they HUM instead of GROAN) and while doing so he regaled us with tales of his pool playing!! (IF he comes out, ask him to show you the video of a CRAZY game-winning shot he made!!!) The price was fantastic and everything was quickly done and it felt like we spent 1/2 hour with a friend. We HIGHLY recommend Precision... and CHAD!

Hello, we had a spring on our garage door break last night. I called first thing in the morning for service. The receptionist was extremely helpful and polite. She was able to book a time between 8-10 am. I was soon notified that Chad would be arriving soon. He showed up a little after 8:00, showed me what had happened, and provided me a detailed listing of what he recommended, as well as the total cost. He was able to quickly fix all issues, and was gone by 9:30-9:44. I can’t thank you enough for the quick response, as well as the excellent work Chad provided! Thanks!

Garage door opener was acting funny would open and close on its own. Turns out some wiring had gone bad, Chad checked it out and repaired the wiring and seems to be working fine now he let me know what he was doing and didn’t surprise me with extra repairs and was quite honest about the problem I would highly recommend Chad Magaard for garage door repair thanks again J Kaufer

Great service! Chad was here when they said he would. He was knowledgeable on the issue I was having with my garage door. I was able to get it fixed and working the same day as the consultation. The whole process took approximately an hour. He was able to give me an accurate quote before he started and answered all my questions. He gave recommendations and possible problems to look for in the future as my garage door ages. I was very impressed. I was positive I would need a whole new door and frame, I'm glad I had them come check it before I did that!

Chad was great. Prompt, friendly and on time. Would’ve been a five star rating, but can only give 4 due to the extreme up charge on the springs that were replaced. Almost $600 for the pair, which I looked up the parts they were under $200 their cost.

Quick, Friendly, Easy. Not sure what else to say the comprehensive 25 point inspection is clear and provides pictures of the topics being discussed. Chad was right on time and did a thorough exam of my garage door. He explained what apparently went wrong and why my door didn’t work with the opener. He explained my options and I’m the one who asked for a new opener with all the bells and whistles. Being 80 and no one here but me I didn’t want to always have to call friends for help and with my current opener well over 20 years old I chose to go new. He explained how everything works and even set my car's home button for me. I really appreciate everything you as a company and Chad as the expert did!

I called on a Friday morning to have a technician come and look at my garage door opener, by 10 am they had someone out at my house assessing the issue. Chad was wonderful to work with and explained the issue thoroughly. They replaced my garage door opener within an hour and we’re gone by 11:30. Wonderful experience!

I needed someone to undertake a small repair on my garage doors. As I scrolled through the web. precision Doors seemed a good. I telephoned a spoke to a human not a voice activated response. She said I could have a technician within a few hours. I was also given the service charge ($85) and told I would be given a full cost quote before they start the work. The technician Chad arrived promptly and quickly ascertained the problem. He gave me an full cost quote and completed the work.
