Chad did a great job evaluating our problem and providing 3 options to get our garage door working. We went with the top proposal to get all recommendations completed. We were not able to open our garage door at all. After Chad was finished, our door worked smoothly and quietly. Thanks also for the same day service which is great.

? At the completion of every job, all Precision customers that provide contact information are sent a request to review our business on our website.
The technician called to let me know when he would and arrived at that time. He gave me an estimate of the work needed to be done and did not try to sell me unneeded work. He finished the job quickly. Everything went smoothly. I am pleased with the work.
