Quick, Friendly, Easy. Not sure what else to say the comprehensive 25 point inspection is clear and provides pictures of the topics being discussed. Nothing pushy guides your through the items and lets you decide how you want to proceed with taking care of your garage. Would highly recommend for any routine service or fix.

Chad was right on time and did a thorough exam of my garage door. He explained what apparently went wrong and why my door didn’t work with the opener. He explained my options and I’m the one who asked for a new opener with all the bells and whistles. Being 80 and no one here but me I didn’t want to always have to call friends for help and with my current opener well over 20 years old I chose to go new. He explained how everything works and even set my car's home button for me. I really appreciate everything you as a company and Chad as the expert did!

I called on a Friday morning to have a technician come and look at my garage door opener, by 10 am they had someone out at my house assessing the issue. Chad was wonderful to work with and explained the issue thoroughly. They replaced my garage door opener within an hour and we’re gone by 11:30. Wonderful experience!

I needed someone to undertake a small repair on my garage doors. As I scrolled through the web. precision Doors seemed a good. I telephoned a spoke to a human not a voice activated response. She said I could have a technician within a few hours. I was also given the service charge ($85) and told I would be given a full cost quote before they start the work. The technician Chad arrived promptly and quickly ascertained the problem. He gave me an full cost quote and completed the work. We were having problems with our 16 ft double garage door. I phoned Precision Door Service this morning and a Field Service Technician was here by noon today. Our technician, Chad Magaard, was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in the install of our new opener and keypad. He was very efficient and answered all our questions. On time, courteous technician, work performed competently. Price was very high. To charge $65 to spray a silicon lubricant on rollers and hinges (which took a couple of minutes) borders on exploitive, $35 dollars for a plastic bushing is also out of line, in my opinion. Technician was here for less than 20 minutes and I paid $429 to have a new coil and two cables installed. Layne
