Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!

My garage door spring broke on a Sunday and Precision came out and gave multiple estimates of what to do. With much explanation of the product and material. Very well explained by my technician Brian, whom was fantastic and personal. He got me up and going within a couple hours on a Tuesday. 2 days later!! Yours was the only company of 3 I called to get an emergency repair on a weekend. The technician, Brian, was able to come out earlier than scheduled and did a thorough inspection recommending several courses of action from safety concerns to a wishlist. Once we decided what to do he performed the work immediately and went over all the things he did and, again, recommending some small things we could do to keep the door functioning properly. He even gave us an extra garage door opener to keep in a bike bag.

Brian Bergstrom was so curtious and helpful in my decision making as to what to do with my garage door. I recently lost my husband so I wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order before I go into the winter months. Technician was fantastic. He knew I was dealing with a tight budget and offered several solutions. He started by asking what my goals were (i.e. to keep it operable as long as possible, to increase security, to make it as safe as possible, etc.) which helped me decide what I wanted to have done. He gave me a direct quote for the different options, and even though I decided on two new motors/openers with new keypads, etc. he had the equipment on hand and was able to replace everything right then and there. When he was finished, he checked over everything with me, explained some additional features, and asked if I had any questions at all. 100% pleased with the service!
