Brian was born and raised in Blaine, Minnesota. After moving to Eau Claire, Wisconsin for his high school years, he joined the US Army as a Paratrooper and Jumpmaster stationed with the 82nd Airborne Division in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Brian has worked in several industries but has always focused on serving others. Brian currently lives in the suburbs of St. Paul with his wife and two daughters. He is a volunteer firefighter, loves woodworking and enjoys many outdoor activities.

My garage door broke when 2 broom handles interrupted the closing of my door. Thought I could bypass, but that only made things worse. I manually closed the door & called Precision. They promptly came out next morning, estimated, & then fixed within the 2 hours allotted. Brian was extremely professional, courteous, & helpful. I'm set for some time now. I had my garage door tuned up, with some new rollers and a new plate designed to reinforce a bracket. Brian the service tech was really good and explained everything well. He answered questions that I had.

Came out within 24 hours on a weekend. Bryan Bergstrom went through eveything regarding new springs for my garage door. Not pushy at all. I was very happy with his work and expertise.

Brian is absolutely the best!! Our garage spring broke late on Friday afternoon and yet Brian arrived Saturday exactly at the time we were given. He was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Brian gave us options and didn't pressure us to make decisions. He went above and beyond to install electronic eyes that addressed the issues he noticed and we discussed. We were very happy with all the services we received.

I lost my garage door opener and had high anxiety that someone would find it and access my home. I called last night at 11pm and Brian Bergstrom came by today at noon. He helped me program new remotes and even discovered a need to change cables on my garage door that would have lead to mechanical failure in the future. Excellent from my phone first phone call to the end result of the garage door working again. Brian was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach to fixing the problem. I was surprised that he actually called me before he came here to ask me to describe the problem so he could think about it and bring necessary parts if needed. He methodically went thru the whole electrical system to determine what was causing the door to open on its own anytime. Brian replaced the part he thought was the problem and door now works fine, no longer opens on its own. He also went thru the 9 year old door and quickly replaced the cables and rollers which were badly needed. Plus it was done at a very reasonable and fair price. Wish more people operated like Precision Garage Door and Brian.
