Brian Bergstrong was great! I just got a new garage door from a different company 4 year ago and the door was connected wrong and was ripping away from the roof it was attached to! Brian was able to quickly diagnose and treat the issue and made all the necessary adjustments and fixes with a new opener( which is what I wanted). There was no pressure sales and he was able to give me a lot of options. It was easy to set up the appointment and they were on time and did great quick work. I would recommend their services.

I was looking for a tune up on my 24 year old garage doors. Brian was here within 2 hours of my call. He inspected the health of both garage doors and provided options all the way from brand new doors to a basic lube and new rollers. We decided on the lube, new rollers and rubber weather seals. We had a new garage opener installed to replace a 20 year old opener. The appointment was made for the next day over a phone call, and the Technician showed up right on time. Brian was very friendly, courteous, provided good information and listened to our thoughts and what we wanted. The installation was done in about an hour, just what he estimated, and he took the time to help program the outside key pad, show features and explain the new system. I was very pleased with the promptness and the quality of the product, as well as Brian, who was a great workman. I would recommend Precision Garage Door if you need a new opener.
