I was able to have a repairman come the same day I called. He did a very thorough inspection of the door and its various parts and gave me three options for repair /replacement. I opted for the best replacement opener and also took advantage of their "quiet door" special. The old door works like new - quiet. quick, better lighting and comes with two remotes, the interior control panel and an external keypad! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any necessary repairs or replacements.

Our garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday morning. Fortunately it happened after the car was out! I scheduled the service for the following Monday. The tech called to let us know that he was on his way and would arrive a half hour early. He analyzed the problem, presented several options. He had everything he needed on the truck and completed the repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up nicely. We are extremely happy with the work that was done.

Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job installing our broken garage door. We called them to ask for an estimate. They came out the next day. After working with Patrick, we agreed to the install and they came out the next day to install!! The work was done timely and professionally by Mitch and his partner. The new door looks great and I would highly recommend this company! Thanks so much guys!!

The initial installation was great and everything worked well. However 3 years into service we had to recently replace the door torsion springs. The two springs cost me half of what I spent on the entire door installation. We are not heavy users of the garage door. We have a side door we use a lot by passing opening the entire garage door for small tasks. The repair person was great and they were able fit me in within a couple hours after the springs snapped.

? At the completion of every job, all Precision customers that provide contact information are sent a request to review our business on our website.
It was the best experience, the tech did meet expectations and solve my problem with my 20 year old sectional garage door. It was fixed by reinforcing with 4 struts. It was necessary to replace the spring and the Lift Master. The job was finished quickly and now the door closes whisper quiet and so smoothly.

Great service - we came home to a broken garage door cable - made an appointment online for the next morning, a tech came out and assessed the damage and we were back up and running an hour later with better parts that won’t rust or break as easily.
