The Precision Garage Door technician, Chad, came to our house less than 24 hours after we called to replace a broken spring and motor on one of our two garage doors. I also had him replace the spring on the second door because it was the same age as the broken spring and nearing the end of its life cycle. I asked him if he thought the second motor should be replaced, too. He was very honest and told me that motor was probably good for another ten years. He replaced other parts as needed and lubricated everything. He was pleasant, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. We are very happy with his service and the results. We give him 5 stars.

I gave this review a four star, the fault of this entire experience was paying 50% more of the retailed price for a new garage remote. Other than that my issue did not need any repair just a new remote. Overall, I am pleased with their service however would advise with a word of cation to do some research on pricing.

I had a GREAT experience with this company and with Devon, my technician. My garage door broke last night, I reserved an appointment time online at 11pm for the next morning (so easy), they came on the earlier side of the promised appointment window and had everything fixed within an hour. They confirmed my appt via email and also gave me a call prior to arrival when they were about 15 minutes out, were super clear about what was wrong with my door and what was needed to fix it and why, and answered all my questions in a friendly and respectful way. Great customer service all around - thanks!!

Timely, thorough, and communicative. The tech who worked with us, Jason, was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the problem areas we couldn't see on our own. His repairs were completed efficiently and have held up well. The cost of service both times we've worked with Precision Garage Door has also been lower than we thought, and any additionally recommended repairs Jason suggested were accurately predicted since we did end up running into those issues after a while and going back to Precision Garage Door for that follow-up work. One of our garage doors would intermittently work, so I called around noon and the technician was there around 230 same day. Jason was our technician and was very knowledgeable. It turned out our old motor (probably original in our ‘96 house) needed a new capacitor. He had the part on hand, fixed it, and explained proper garage door maintenance, things to look for in the future with aging, etc. Overall, we had a good experience. I’ve never needed a garage door technician before so I don’t know how the prices compare.
