I am extremely impressed and satisfied with doing business with you great company. I called before 8:00 AM and was told you could send a technician between 8 AM and 10 AM. At 9 AM Colton Sanders called to say he would be over within a half hour. He arrived approximately 9:30. He quickly sized up the situation and did a great recap of what needed to be done along with the charges. We agreed with what needed to be done along with the applicable charges. He had a lot to do and he had it all done by 10:35 AM. My wife and I were so impressed how quickly he got everything done so quickly. My personal opinion he is a master technician and you guys are very fortunate to have him on your staff. He was very polite, professional and provided the best possible customer service. He did many things. Where it says purchase of a new product, if you look at my invoice you can see all that he did. Thank you

My garage door wouldn't open properly because I had rusted out vertical tracks & rusted rollers from water pooling in my garage during the winter. The technician did a comprehensive check of all door & opener parts, and to my pleasant surprise did not try to sell me on replacing anything that didn't need replacing! Everything was fixed in about an hour. It was an easy, pain-free experience.

Overall good experience. I came home from vacation to find my garage door had a broken spring. I called PGD and they had someone at my house within 20 minutes of me calling. Brian was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Additionally while he was onsite we had him replace our old opener and do general service on the door. He gave us great options and didnt pressure us into anything. He also gave us a quote to replace a smaller old back garage door which we agreed to and booked. A few days later a tech came to replace that door. This install felt rushed as there were several problems once he was finished. The wiring to the wall was sloppy, he clipped and exposed an electric wire that he informed me of (PGD did send an electrician to fix this), and mainly the door would not close all of the way on one side. The tech told me it was due to a board that was part of the framing on the door and that the first tech should have been ware of this???(Feels like that should have been addressed before we had an entirely new system installed). Nonetheless, I called and another tech came out a few days later to address these concerns. He cleaned up the wiring and fixed the issue with the new door. Overall I would recommend them, and have two working garage doors that I am happy with for a good price That said, I had a better experience with service and maintenance than I did a new install.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled right away through the website; it was a very simple process. The technician Jonathan came out promptly at the scheduled time, and walked me through the garage door inspection and made it very easy to understand. He also taught me easy routine maintenance that I can do to extend the life of the garage door. That is going above and beyond, in my opinion. The work was completed within an hour. I had a broken spring cable, and the technician (Alex) evaluated my door, provided an estimate and I had him do some other preventative maintenance as well.
