Precision disassembled old door, hauled away, and installed new one. Chris did a great job suggesting and informing us about getting the new door. Mylee set us up with scheduling. Donny did a great job installing door, keeping work area neat and instructing functions of door and openers when completed. All said and done… we’re very pleased with every stage of this project! 3 stars. Jameson did okay, he's a okay guy. Everything was just okay. I know I wanted a new opener. Jameson offered me a $1k garage door opener. I told him I called before service and was quoted $599. So then we agreed on $619 for a new opener. Got rollers, bottom brackets and cables on both sides replaced. That was a different cost. I was okay with price. He had issues with the Genie opener install. Said it would be 2 hours. Took 4+ hours. Also forgot to bring my light bulb that was included in purchase. But he brought it the next day. I noticed 2 loose nuts and bolts. The 2 Hockey Stick nuts and bolts were very loose and able to turn out by hand, called him and he said yes they need to be tight. I was able to do it myself. He was very rushed so he forgot. Also left staples on my garage floor. I sweep but just would have liked it clean with service. End result was okay. Didn't love it, didn't hate it... slightly disappointed given that they have 4.9 stars on Google.

My experience with Precision Door was Excellent. Mike, our technician, was on time and kept us informed of his arrival. The work was done in a professional manner after a review of our situation and what level of materials we would prefer. The work was completed in less than 45 minutes and our new garage door system works better than it was new. I would certainly recommend Precision Door to others who need repairs.

Very wothwhile experience. What resulted in being only a minor issue was valuable in having Service Tech, Mike Greek, proivde some valuable insight and information for going forward. Was very hlad he could come and look over the garage door and its condition. This was the third visit from Precision Door regarding issues and each was handled very well with efficiency and also calmly explaining issues for future consideration. Recommended highly.

Needed to have door seals and seal channels replaced on two 25-year old garage doors. Arranged for the work using the on-line chat. That was easy and worked well. The work was scheduled for the following day. I really appreciated the timing windows being 2 hours rather than the more common 4 hour slots. We received an email confirming schedule, one with the technician’s name (Colton) & his picture, and then a call shortly before he arrived. That all worked very well. Good system. Colton recommended door replacement, which I found a bit surprising, but considering their age maybe it probably should not have been. After discussion of door replacement cost & wait time and having a closer look at the condition of the doors, we went ahead with the repair as planned. Work was done in a timely manner and the end result met expectations. Will very likely have Precision replace the garage doors in the future.

The tech called to let me know he running ahead of schedule and what time he would arrive. I also received an email regarding my appointment and his approximate arrival time. He not only repaired the part of the garage door that was needed but took the time to educate me on what happened and how to fix it in the future if I chose to. Jonathan Zwart was probably the best service provider I have ever seen with household repair. He explained everything perfectly and didn't try to sell me stuff that was unnecessary. He even slapped on my keyless entry in about 30 seconds. Great employee. Needs a raise!

I choose your company because someone told me that you guys were reputable. From the inception of the call through the end of the service appointment, everything went perfectly. The original contact that I had on the phone with the agent was done very professionally. She was patient she listened to my concerns, she was very calm and she booked up an appointment for me as early as she could. I received a call from Jonathan the next day when he was on his way. He was on time he was very cordial, he was extremely knowledgeable, he showed me that I could trust him. The work he performed was satisfactory to me and it was done in a timely manner. After completion he explained to me how to operate the openers, the wall-mounted opener, and went through all the different system with me. I was impressed. I ask him to leave his business card because next time I have a problem, I want him to come and take care of it for me. Having employees like Jonathan will make your company more and more prosperous. I want to thank you for sending him over. BTW : he replaced the motor and drive chain, he tuned up all the springs, he added an outside keypad, and installed the safety lights on the door frames.
