We had a broken safety cable that was causing our door to go back up instead of closing. Erik came out and replace the cable. He even lubed the door and pulleys. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Erik for any garage door repairs.

The first thing I did after Devon left was to tape his business card to the garage wall in case it ever breaks again I know exactly to call. Could not be happier with him. He had my door fixed in about 20 minutes and even helped me fix a small problem on my other garage door. I can’t recommend Devon enough.

Thank you for the quick response to my request for the repair of a broken torsion spring. When your technician, Akayla Porter, arrived he said your company does not work on EZ-Set torsion spring systems and suggested replacement with a more traditional torsion assembly. I couldn't agree more having had to replace EZ spring sets twice over a relatively short period of time. While the EZ-Set was easy to install and tune, I was very disappointed with the longevity of the springs themselves. Akayla was personable and efficient, answering all my questions as he quickly swapped out my old system with one that appears to be much more durable. Thanks again.

12/27/2019 Got our replacement Garage Door from the folks at Precision Door Service, MN! They worked with us to get it done on our schedule. It looks Soooooo much nicer than the 50y.o. door that was replaced! Thank you for your service and for disposing of our old door in an environmentally responsible way.

Heard about them from my next door neighbor and when my opener stopped working I called. The service guy came out explained everything, both what wasn't working properly and why! He was early and was at my home for about 2hrs! He inspected what I had and replaced everything that needed replacement and didn't try to convince me to replace more than I needed! I would highly recommend them.

This company is great. I called with a garage door opener problem and a service technician was here and fixed the problem within three hours. The technician, Akayla Porter, was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend Akayla Porter. These guys are awesome! I couldn't be happier with their service! I am a single woman and had just moved into a new (used) home. I'm not terribly handy with things like garage doors and was having technical difficulties getting my garage door opener to sync with my car and with the remotes which the previous owner had left. The technician came out and quickly did an absolutely thorough assessment of all critical parts of my garage door opener (motor, tracks, chain, spring, etc.). Given the age of the opener motor, he could have justified trying to sell me a new one, but he did not do that. :-) He reported that the opener mechanisms were in surprisingly good condition (given their age). All I needed was a new "universal" remote and then everything else sync'ed just fine! :-) The technician was an expert at this. He TOTALLY knew what he was doing! (And he did NOT push me to spend extra money. :-) ) Yay! :-) A cheap solution and an expert report on my garage door's health!

Having been in customer service for many years (commercial airlines) it was a treat being a customer to this outstanding company.
