Jason was great however it would of cost me $736 for me to replace my unit so I paid the service fee and went down to Menards and paid $40 and replaced it my self. Recommend calling if you are only willing to buy there parts.

Jake, The quick set systems is a do it yourself homeowner version of a torsion system and we do not service or maintain them. The only option we have to repair is to convert the quick set to a conventional torsion system which replaces all of the lifting and moving parts, essentially making the door work like new.

Jon Holton arrived when he promised, provided a detailed estimate and asked for permission before doing any work. He not only fixed our non-functioning door but adjusted it so that it is quieter than when we bought our home. He also advised us how to do simple maintenance that will help keep our door working quietly. I am recommending Precision Door Service to all my friends and neighbors.

Sorry, nothing was wrong with the door, what ever I heard yesterday of course was not there today, so Rudy oiled all the wheels checked everything over to make sure nothing was missed, replaced a light bulb which was burned out. The experience was pleasant, learned a little bit more about the openers the connection between the installed one in the garage and inside the house, and the portable once from the cars which I thought needed new batteries and probably did not. Everything is working fine. I will give it a 5 Ursula

Setting up the appointment was easy and timely and I appreciated the friendly customer service. The Technician (Devon Nelson) showed up on time and immediately started to diagnose the problem. Devon was very friendly, engaging, well organized and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately removed the faulty garage door opener and replaced it with a similar belt drive garage door opener, as well as all of the remotes and the hard wired opener inside the garage. When the job was completed, Devon cleaned everything up and hauled away all of the discarded materials. He completed the project in about two hours. I am very pleased with Precision Door Service (They repaired another garage door previously) and would highly recommend them for a professional and reasonably priced garage door related repair or installation!

Our experience with them was very good. Contacted them after hours and they returned the call within the hour. Devon show up for the estimate on time and answer all of our questions. The install crew of Chris and Eric were very good also. They were very professional on the install. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job and hauling away the old damaged door. On the Sunday before Christmas weekend, late morning, Precision was able to send a tech out to replace the broken spring on our garage door (discovered the hard way when the door wouldn't raise for us to get the car out). Their tech, Alex Stack, was extremely prompt and cheery (in clear contract to the stress I was feeling, worrying how I was going to get the car out of the garage to get to work and run errands). When we called the company, they gave an estimate for when they would arrive, but Alex also communicated a closer estimate by calling us about 15 mins to his arrival, so we were able to clean the house and carry on with our baby rather than wait by the door. He arrived within an hour or so of our call to the company, and he fixed the spring within an hour or so of arriving. The door works great now, just like new. He was clear about the cost, it was affordable and reasonable, and Alex's service was exceptional. I would call this company again for any garage door service I need. I recommend them hands down.

Technician was very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they didn't charge me 200 bucks for a sprocket replacement kit that you can get on Amazon for 20 bucks. Next time I'll go a few days without a garage door opener and fix it myself. Wish I would have priced the kit before they fixed it. Won't be calling these guys again! What a ripoff!
