He was early and was at my home for about 2hrs! He inspected what I had and replaced everything that needed replacement and didn't try to convince me to replace more than I needed! These guys are awesome! I couldn't be happier with their service! I am a single woman and had just moved into a new (used) home. I'm not terribly handy with things like garage doors and was having technical difficulties getting my garage door opener to sync with my car and with the remotes which the previous owner had left. The technician came out and quickly did an absolutely thorough assessment of all critical parts of my garage door opener (motor, tracks, chain, spring, etc.). Given the age of the opener motor, he could have justified trying to sell me a new one, but he did not do that. :-) He reported that the opener mechanisms were in surprisingly good condition (given their age). All I needed was a new "universal" remote and then everything else sync'ed just fine! :-) The technician was an expert at this. He TOTALLY knew what he was doing! (And he did NOT push me to spend extra money. :-) ) Yay! :-) A cheap solution and an expert report on my garage door's health!

Everything went great. I called on a Friday afternoon, expecting to wait until Monday for service. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment later that afternoon. Devon Nelson was the technician that serviced my garage door. He called and asked if he could come early because he was finished with his previous job. He was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and had the right spring to replace the broken one. He completed his tasks in about 30 minutes. Great work!! I could not be happier.

It's Memorial Day, and Jon came out with his expertise in showing me exactly what was wrong with my garage door and what it would cost to fix it. In our discussion I asked about a new garage door because of all that needed to be repaired on the existing (15 years old), and we decided it was best to replace. I had told him my garage door opener light didn't work, he replaced two bulbs and the lights now work (I had replaced them before,but was obviously doing something wrong). Jon did not need to do this, but went out of his way to help. Also, to my surprise, my new garage door will be installed within two days; "Heads up to Precision" Thank you.
