Adam was excellent, did a thorough inspection, explained the problems and did the repair in just over an hour. The garage door should last another 5-10 years.

The Precision Garage Door technician, Chad, came to our house less than 24 hours after we called to replace a broken spring and motor on one of our two garage doors. I also had him replace the spring on the second door because it was the same age as the broken spring and nearing the end of its life cycle. I asked him if he thought the second motor should be replaced, too. He was very honest and told me that motor was probably good for another ten years. He replaced other parts as needed and lubricated everything. He was pleasant, professional and clearly knew what he was doing. We are very happy with his service and the results. We give him 5 stars.

Our garage door recently experienced a broken torsion spring and needed to be replaced. I contacted Precision Garage Door and they sent a service tech out the next day. Our service tech, Chad Magaard, was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job replacing the torsion spring and preforming routine maintenance to the garage door that was needed. Wow! What a great experience with Precision Garage Door and Service Technician, Mike Greek. The problem with our garage door happened the day before Labor Day. I went to the website and found that Precision Garage Door was scheduling service calls on Labor Day!! I put in my information and scheduled for 10:00 AM service call on Labor Day. Mike Greek arrived right on time and patiently listened to my description of the problem. He thoroughly explained what he would do to solve the problem. He also said he would inspect the entire garage door to see if there were any other issues. He torqued all the attachment screws anchoring the garage door tracks to door frames. Mike was very professional and personable. All of this was done at a very reasonable price.

Adam performed a repair on our garage door and carefully explained what was going on, what was needed, where it was appropriate to upgrade to better materials, e/g a stainless steel cable vs. a steel cable that could rust, and at the end showed us how to properly keep the door lubricated and in good functioning order. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the service we received.
