Technician was very friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars if they didn't charge me 200 bucks for a sprocket replacement kit that you can get on Amazon for 20 bucks. Next time I'll go a few days without a garage door opener and fix it myself. Wish I would have priced the kit before they fixed it. Won't be calling these guys again! What a ripoff!

Best service ever!! I received an email appointment confirmation when I booked the service. I recieved a call from the tech that they were on their way & an email with a photo of the tech. They arrived on time. Gave me a thorough estimate & explanation of the problem. The repair was finished in less than 1 hour. Compkete walk rhroufh when completed explaining everything they fixed or repaired. Best service company. I would recommend them to everyone, including my mother!!!!

Our garage door spring broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage. Since it was Sunday, I had no idea how long it would take. I found Precision website, and the chat function popped up. A service technician was available, and we had a repair in about 3 hours! So we were thrilled. The technician was very professional and careful. Email confirmation of the appointment was appreciated. I really just wish all companies had service like this.

Our garage door stopped working on Sunday morning and we needed a quick repair or else I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work on Monday. Our repairman, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price quote before he did any work. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the second garage door that we had not called about. The fix was quick and easy and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the cost.
