Our garage door spring broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage. Since it was Sunday, I had no idea how long it would take. I found Precision website, and the chat function popped up. A service technician was available, and we had a repair in about 3 hours! So we were thrilled. The technician was very professional and careful. Email confirmation of the appointment was appreciated. I really just wish all companies had service like this.

Our garage door stopped working on Sunday morning and we needed a quick repair or else I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work on Monday. Our repairman, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price quote before he did any work. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the second garage door that we had not called about. The fix was quick and easy and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the cost. We definitely highly recommend Precision Door if you need garage door repairs.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My garage door opener broke when I was trying to leave to do errands on a Saturday morning. I called Precision, and a repairman was at my house about an hour later. He checked out the situation, and recommended a new garage door opener. I knew that the opener was twenty years old, and needed to be replaced. He did the work, cleaned up the site, and was finished in less than three hours. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener, and would highly recommend their product and their work.

I discovered my garage door had a broken spring on Sunday morning. I called Precision, and they sent AJ out to repair it that afternoon. He had new springs and replacement cables installed in about an hour, explaining each step as he went along (AJ found that the old cables were frayed - not safe). He did an excellent job, and I will call Precision for my next garage door servicing. Atta boy, AJ!
