Devon was very personable and professional. However a $381invoice for 30-45 minutes of work does not add up in my opinion. I feel like I was charged for weekend work when the website states otherwise.

I got home from work late at night and as soon as I closed the garage door, I heard a "bang" and then realized one of my springs had just broken. I was concerned about being able to get our cars out the next morning. I called Precision right away the next morning and a very friendly and helpful lady said they could have someone out to our house between 9 and 11am. I was thrilled. Josh called ahead to say he was on the way and he got here about 9:30. After an inspection, he explained the process and costs to repair the spring and he also offered additional maintenance services if we so desired. One of our cables was starting to fray, so we had those replaced as well. Josh did an awesome job of explaining everything, giving me estimates on time and cost, and keeping me up to date on the repair. The whole thing was done in a little over an hour and we were back in business. He explained what he found during the repairs, and he also readjusted our garage door opener to work properly with the new springs in place. I was thrilled by how fast and professional everything was. I was worried I wouldn't get our door fixed by the end of the day, but we were back up and running (even better than before) just a few hours after I called. I'm very happy with my experience and really impressed by the job that Josh did for us. Thank you!

Very professional company. I called at around 5 pm and appointment was scheduled for the next morning at 8am. They sent an email which included a bio of our technician Troy who would be coming. The technician, Josh, arrived when expected, looked at the problem I was having with a garage door not closing, and fixed the problem with some adjustments to the spring tension and oiled everything up so that it the garage door operated more smoothly and quietly. He also noticed a couple of rusty and fraying cables that he suggested replacing. He broke down the quote for services, suggesting adjusting and oiling the other doors, and while there were suggestions to replace aging rollers, I didn't feel pressured to do so. Josh did the work I agreed to that day in the extreme cold, and the garage doors have been working great since.

Overall we had a great experience with Precision Door Service. We had a cable break on our garage door and needed to have it repaired quickly. We were very pleased with the work Eli did on our garage door. You were prompt to get to us and the work was done quickly and thorough. He repaired springs, rollers and also replaced a cable he noticed was rusted and would likely break. All charges were explained and agreed upon before work was done. We had a cable detatch, called Precision. Appointment set for 4-6pm. Devon, service man, called and asked if he could come earlier. I don't know if the price was comparable to other companies, but I wanted to stay local in Stillwater. Responsiveness is important to me. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called Precision and they said they could have someone here the same day! Technician arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous. He examined my garage door, made some recommendations and replaced my broken springs. I would definitely call Precision again. I think their prices are competitive with other companies. There service gets 5 stars!
