Found a coupon on Angie’s List for them. A spring broke on my door this morning. Precision came out within a few hours. The tech, Devon, was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and didn’t try to oversell me. Pricing was competitive with other services. The work was done quickly and he stuck around to test everything and make it sure worked before he left. Would definitely recommend this company.

My garage door won't stay closed and it has a horrible scratchy noise at the end of the closure. I called Precision Door Service and within an hour a technician was here. Unbelievable service! Jason listened to me explain the issue and immediately went to work to solve the problem. He was courteous and professional. He gave me some tips for the future as the motor is quite old. I will always call Precision. They keep a record of all the work they have done. I couldn't be more satisfied with their workmanship and, especially, their customer service.

I failed to do my homework, so I deserved to pay at least twice for the repair that was done. I was charged $480 (includes a $25 discount for seniors) to replace the tracks on my garage door. I thought at the time, it was high but was under a bit of a time constraint. Afterwards, I researched and discovered the same replacement averages about $200 to $250. The repairman was here for all of an hour, spent about 35 actual minutes on the replacement of the track on both sides of the door. So, shame on me for failure to do the proper research I usually do before getting a project done and shame on me for not getting more than 1 quote.

I Google garage door repairs. Precision was the closest to my house. Called and the girl that answered was so kind. When I asked if I could still get repairs yet still this evening, she said oh yes. I'll get the needed information, and checked availability time for service. Within minutes she had a time frame for repairs. 4pm to 6pm. He called let me know he was 15- 20min away. The cable and track for our garage door broke late on a Friday night and Precision Door was able to get someone out to our house early Saturday afternoon. Tom had everything he needed with him and after a couple hours he was on his way. My technician was Erik Jergenson, and he was amazing! Precision Door sent him over right away to fix my door, and my opener needed to be replaced, he said it would take 40 minutes and he had it up and running in less time and it works great! On February 29,2020 our garage door failed. Called made to Precision at 9Am on Saturday. Promised a visit arrived @ 4:30PM. Worked until 8:30 PM. Very Professional, called in extra help. Difficult job as door was jammed at a crooked angle. Made door usable returned on Sunday cable now broken, again door usable. Monday completed work. Craig(owner) here twice. The first thing I did after Devon left was to tape his business card to the garage wall in case it ever breaks again I know exactly to call. Could not be happier with him. Thank you for the quick response to my request for the repair of a broken torsion spring. When your technician, Akayla Porter, arrived he said your company does not work on EZ-Set torsion spring systems and suggested replacement with a more traditional torsion assembly. I couldn't agree more having had to replace EZ spring sets twice over a relatively short period of time. While the EZ-Set was easy to install and tune, I was very disappointed with the longevity of the springs themselves. Akayla was personable and efficient, answering all my questions as he quickly swapped out my old system with one that appears to be much more durable. Thanks again.

Heard about them from my next door neighbor and when my opener stopped working I called. The service guy came out explained everything, both what wasn't working properly and why! He was early and was at my home for about 2hrs! He inspected what I had and replaced everything that needed replacement and didn't try to convince me to replace more than I needed! I would highly recommend them.
