The service was 5 star A+++ from the very beginning. I have a home service contract and this was the company they chose for my garage door repairs. I had just finished my internet request with my service contractor and Precision was calling already to schedule the work at my convenience. Confirmations were sent to me both via email and text message. My technician Rudy called me on the day of service to see if he might come a little earlier. That worked out great for me. Prior to his arrival he sent a message with his picture and short bio about him. I loved that as it identified him and gave me a talking point or two for when he came. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Rudy was SO polite, very friendly and SO knowledgable. He explained exactly what he was going to do, the various possible outcomes and costs to me. Rudy performed the service efficiently and effectively. He emailed the detailed bill and documents with options for additional repairs in the future plus a detailed list of the condition of all the parts. From beginning to end, the experience was perfect. Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service.

Our garage spring unexpectedly broke and left me with my car stuck inside. I went online to look for help on getting a quote for how much the fix would be as well as the timing for when I would be able to access my car. It was early in the morning so I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to find any information for at least a couple hours let alone be able to get to my car for the rest of the day. I came across the Precision website and was happy to see they were local to my area. I used the Live Chat option to ask my questions and with informative answers, I scheduled an appointment the same day. I was very impressed with the amount of detail in the responses to my questions and the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment the same day. In addition to this, I received an email confirmation of my appointment, a text message with details on my technician that would be coming and a phone call from the person letting me know when he was going to arrive. While he was at my house, he completed a full review of our garage door and gave me all the details with photos of the issue(s) as well as options as far as the repair. He was very informative and friendly. Most importantly for me, he was able to do all the work as soon as I choose my option. I had my car out by noon! Thank you Jason and Precision Door Service.

When I learn our two cars are trapped in the garage at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, I have very little hope of much getting done till Monday or later. I tried Google anyway. Found Precision. Called the # with little expectation. From the way Kristi answered the phone to how Tom handled things when he arrived (9:40am) was nothing short of spectacular. Rudy was the technician who came out to my house and help me with my garage door. He also had another man with him but I did not catch his name.....sorry! They called and were able to come early for my appointment, which was appreciated. Both technicians were excellent and explained to me, in detail, what they needed to do to get my garage door back up and running. They also explained what the cost would be to get my issues corrected to make sure I was OK with it before they started. They also helped me replace my keypad and program my openers. Rudy also explained some work that I may want to have done in the future before the springs get too bad. No pressure to have it done immediately, but great info to have when I do need to call back for another service call. I highly recommend Precision and Rudy as they are top notch!
