The technician Devon was great, he did a good job assessing the situation we were having with our garage door told us all the things that were options for us to do and explained it thoroughly. It didn’t take him long to do all the things that were needed to make the garage door run efficiently again. Ronnie came out within 2 hours after I called. At no time was I under pressure to purchase anything or do anything. All things were explained to me. If I need any further anything done to my garage door I will use precision door company and want Ronnie again. I had another garage company this spring that ripped me off and did nothing and charged me almost $600

We had a major garage door mishap on Thursday 08/27/20 around 5:15pm. I had to leave for a while but used your chat service around 8pm. You had an appt for me for 8am the next morning. Your tech, Erik Jergenson, text me and called me and was at my house at 8am. He surveyed what had happened, put a plan in place while explaining everything that needed to be done. He got to work and was finished before 11am. Great job and clean. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair, service or replacement.

Prompt, safe, efficient and friendly are words I would use to describe our experience. I appreciated getting a notice (with picture) of the tech who would be performing the install. We love the quietness of the new opener and appreciate the motion-sensitive bright lights. All in all it was a great experience.

I would give Eric six stars out of five stars if I could. This was one of the most pleasant repair experiences I have ever had. My garage door opener broke yesterday, I called Precision Door this morning, was able to be scheduled for today and Eric showed up at my door not long after my appointment was scheduled. Eric was able to install a brand new garage door opener in short time, he was very courteous knowledgeable and was kindly very patient with me when I asked rookie questions. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone in need of service or repairs with their garage door openers.

Our garage door tension cables came unraveled rather suddenly on a Saturday. Having no idea how to fix it, we called Precision Door. Ronnie came out the same day and addressed the problem - and also replaced our rollers and the gasket at the bottom of the door. Super friendly, very informative, and competent at his craft. Travis did a great job installing my new opener and I love it! I got a brand new GD opener to replace my 17yo version plus maintenance on the track and rollers which were still good. Precision Door Service was the only garage door repair company in the Twin City metro area that was open for service calls on Memorial Day weekend 2020. I called Sunday morning with a repair request and had a technician to my home by 5:00 pm that day. Eli Traaseth was the technician and he did a thorough and high quality job. We needed our garage door springs repaired/removed. He also installed new door rollers and vertical tracks, as our existing door was in need of service.
