was not happy with service was told by receptionist or who ever answers phone service man would have parts on truck to repair opener. didn't have anything paid for service call and he googled the problem as I had already done before he came. I told service women could be circuit card was told they had replacement parts on truck. if I would have known all he could do was try and sell me new opener I would not have had. you come out. I think I should have my money returned. was not happy!!!!

The rep was very competent and courteous. I would recommend less aftershave. I have an extreme reaction to perfumes, aftershaves, etc. my throat gets irate do and I start to cough. Not his problem, mine but nonetheless just thought I would mention it. Also, last fall Tom came to fix the cables on my door, told me my door was in bad shape and said a comparable door would cost about $850. Imagine my surprise to order a new one today for $1300+. It is what it is. I'm sure my new door will be fabulous. Just sayin.

Tech came out, gave options, and with the cost comparison, went with the complete replacement. Tech went over everything and even programed my vehicle and the wireless entry pad. Everything went smooth.

Jon replaced my broken garage door springs yesterday. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained how to tell if parts were wearing out and upkeep on the door. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want done. He did a great job replacing the springs, bearings on the bar and spraying the hinges. Goes up much quieter now. He also made sure everything including my opener were working they way they should. Thanks for a great experience Jon.

I called early this morning to request service as our garage door failed to go up last night. I was so very impressed - quick answer - cheerful voice not a long message. Top notch customer service. They gave me options of when a repairman would be able to come to our home. I received an text and an email when he was on the way. The communication included a picture and a bio of the service person so I knew who was coming. He was professional and knew what to do. He gave us an estimate. We said yes - in less than an hour my door was all set and in far better condition than before. I would highly recommend this company!

Very fast and courteous service!! The customer service representative was kind and polite and explained my options. It was an emergency call. I was given a timeframe of 6 to 8 and received service at 5:15. The technician called before arriving as promised and was also very courteous.
