Rudy was the technician who came out to my house and help me with my garage door. He also had another man with him but I did not catch his name.....sorry! They called and were able to come early for my appointment, which was appreciated. Both technicians were excellent and explained to me, in detail, what they needed to do to get my garage door back up and running. They also explained what the cost would be to get my issues corrected to make sure I was OK with it before they started. They also helped me replace my keypad and program my openers. Rudy also explained some work that I may want to have done in the future before the springs get too bad. No pressure to have it done immediately, but great info to have when I do need to call back for another service call. I highly recommend Precision and Rudy as they are top notch!

We had AJ come fix our garage door. I set up the service through our HSA Warranty. I couldn’t believe how fast I was contacted or how quickly after someone was able to come fix the door. He had all the parts and got it done very quickly so we could get our car out. We are incredibly pleased and will be using this company again if we have any other issues!

Just had Jason come out and re-do springs, rollers, and hinges. He was able to come ahead of schedule and had everything done before most repair companies would have even shown up. Impressed with the workmanship and customer service. Would recommend to everyone.

The tech that came out was extremely professional, very friendly, and put me completely at ease. He came out in below zero weather, never complained, and was clearly thankful to have a job! Got name and # off of Angie's list and bought services last September. Was happy with job. Caller and scheduled apt for a different garage door problem and they came and fixed and gave me advice on a different problem that they don't do

The technition A.J. was very knowledgeable quickly assesed the problem and repaired it accordingly with a new key pad. He was on time in fact called earlier because he had some available time to complete the job earlier. He conducted a psot inspection of the work and tested the system several times to ensure it's proper working order. A.J. was very friendly and provided great customer service. I would highly recomend Precision door.

Originally looked at Precision Door because we were unhappy with the previous 2 companies we had worked with on our garage door. AJ came to our house, was able to help troubleshoot issues with our opener, but not only that, identified some potentially hazardous issues with how the previous companies had "fixed" the door. AJ was able to walk me through all the issues and help give me a quote for a new door (which should have happened with the last company rather than their "fix"). AJ was patient with all my questions, had answers ready, and ultimately gave us a good price on a new door. Thank you AJ and Precision Door! I will definitely be calling them again for Garage door issues (just hopefully not too soon!)
