The lady I talked to when I called to make an appointment was very helpful and kind. I was given a two-hour window of when the service tech would arrive. He called 30 min before he arrived, at the beginning of that window. I also was sent an email with the tech's name and picture on it so I could be assured who was knocking on my door. We made the appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and the tech arrived the next morning. The technician, Alex looked at my garage door to determine the repaires needed and gave me an estimate. It didn't take him long to complete repairs of replacing the sensors and cables. Then he lubed, adjusted, and tested the functioning of the door. I am vary pleased with the whole process. Friendly, punctual, and thorough service!

Broken garage door spring discovered when we tried to leave home about 8 p.m. Searched internet for repair companies. Called and was told a technician was available between 10:00 and 12:00 the next day. Made the appointment and received a call about 10:30 from Troy who said he would be at my house within 10 minutes. Troy confirmed the broken spring and a few of the rollers were in need of replacement. He prepared an estimate of work he felt was appropriate and explained why. He showed me the cost of each item and the total cost of the job. He worked efficiently and was done within 1.5 hours. He gave me the opportunity to review the work and answered my questions. Recommend Troy highly.

I called and expected to first have to wait on the phone but got someone right away. Second I expected to get an appointment a few days down the road but they were out within hours and Third they were very responsible . The cable broke on our garage door last night when we returned home. As it is a weekend we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get anyone to repair it before next week. We called Precision because we have used you before and you were able to provide a technician very quickly. Troy quickly repaired the cable and the door was back in service. Troy came over on Monday, May 17th to repair a broken door. Not only did he call and update me on his arrival time, was right on the dot, and repaired the door in question, solved another door issue, explained the situation, answered questions, and provided the best Customer Service that myself and neighbor have seen in a long time! They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours of me calling. Our technician communicated well about when he would arrive. Once he did arrive, he was friendly and professional. He was able to get me quote on the repair I needed, and also made some suggestions on some other things he thought should be taken care of, but was not pushy about doing the extra things. He was in and out in just over an hour. Very happy with the service.

Great service, Worked a chat (best experience I've had with those) with Ashley, on a Sunday morning and before noon, the technician, Troy was at our place. He clearly explained what was happening and offered solutions for our 15 year old door. 90 minutes later it was all set to go. He didn't have one part (surge protector) so indicated he would be back out the next day to install and, like clockwork he was. Highly recommend this company.
