Troy came over on Monday, May 17th to repair a broken door. Not only did he call and update me on his arrival time, was right on the dot, and repaired the door in question, solved another door issue, explained the situation, answered questions, and provided the best Customer Service that myself and neighbor have seen in a long time! They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of hours of me calling. Our technician communicated well about when he would arrive. Once he did arrive, he was friendly and professional. He was able to get me quote on the repair I needed, and also made some suggestions on some other things he thought should be taken care of, but was not pushy about doing the extra things. He was in and out in just over an hour. Very happy with the service.

Great service, Worked a chat (best experience I've had with those) with Ashley, on a Sunday morning and before noon, the technician, Troy was at our place. He clearly explained what was happening and offered solutions for our 15 year old door. 90 minutes later it was all set to go. He didn't have one part (surge protector) so indicated he would be back out the next day to install and, like clockwork he was. Highly recommend this company.

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision to see if they could help. Amanda was very courteous and made sure she had all the right information and said she could have someone out that afternoon. Josh called to see if it was ok if he could come a little early. When he got here he look over my door and gave me quote and only sold me what I needed, he was not pushing to sell the whole package. He got started with the work, he was courteous, respectful and kind, he went above the call of duty, he did a great job; he fixed the spring and worked until he got the door quite and running smooth.
