I called Sunday morning and made a appointment for the next day at 8am. Eli Traaseth was our service tech. he was very friendly, professional, and came on time. Finish less than one hour and left my garage the same as how it was. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Hi Kristi Jason Schuster fixed our broken spring and installed a garage door opener yesterday. You have an excellent employee in Jason. Knowledgeable, went over what was in the red and green on my garage door and opener, explained the billing and cost of service. After completion of the installation of products Jason went over the instructions of the door opener and showed how to use them. Thanks again for a wonderful service experience with your company. He was here in 2018 and put on new wheels and I was delighted when he was the installer for this project as well.

Super speedy, next-day service. The Field Technician, Erik Jergenson arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job assessing and describing the work needed to be done. He completed the work quickly and thoroughly. Unfortunately my garage door broke last night and I needed it to fixed ASAP due to cars being parked in the garage. I called at 6:30 AM and was able to have a technician to my house at 8AM. My technician (Jason Schuster) was very professional and he was aware I had to leave at a certain time to take my kids to school and he worked diligently to be sure it was done on time. I will for surely be using Precision for all my garage door needs in the future.

Amazing! We got them through a home warranty and called literally within 30 seconds of making the claim. They were great about communication and making us feel safe with having work done on/in our home. Our technician, Devon, was so courteous (took his shoes off when going through the house to get to the garage door. I didn't even ask and that just spoke volumes to me), kind, and relayed information in a way that was easy to understand. He worked hard and efficiently and got it working in no time! They were pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 10/10 times. Thank you!

Devon was our repair person. We had broken springs and was going out of town at 2:30pm. Devon showed up on time and told him we had a plane to catch. He said he would work as fast as he could and will do it right so we could catch our flight. He got it done perfectly and made our flight. Had off to Precision Garage Door for Hiring this person. First of all I received service the same day as promised. The service representative introduced himself via. cell phone and picture as Rudy Vallejos , was right on time as promised. Nothing but good things to say about the service and attention to detail provided by Devon from Precision Door MN. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us a quote that given the circumstances seemed more than reasonable to me. I’ve read other reviews about the cost of parts that can be found online vs what the various garage door companies charge, but there is no way I could have bought those parts myself and done what Devon did to resolve the issue we had and in the time he did. I’m totally confident the charge for parts and expertise that Precision Door brought to the table were well worth the call. I have a much better working door system than anything I could have done myself.

Tom Hartmon was such a professional! He took one look at my garage door and knew what the problem was. He had all of the parts in his truck and in a short time, my garage door opened like a charm. He even was able to make it quieter when opening and closing! He gave me a lot of valuable information on regular maintenance of the door to prevent future problems. My door still jerks when opening.Jason changed the position of the J hook and offered to change some bearings ,which I feel would be unnecessary. I still feel the springs are unbalanced.

I’m going to be honest with you guys. Price wise you guys were about $125.00 higher than Twin City garage doors, but I decided to deal with you guys because of one simple reason........Customer Service. The sales guys at the other place was an ass! He was rude and made us feel like we were interrupting his day. Right off the back the telephone conversation I had with your customer representative was very nice. To top it off we got immediate service. Then the cherry to the entire experience was Rudy Vallejos. He installed our equipment and he was so nice, but also the bearer of bad news. Our garage door needed replacing. The cost....Another $900.00. Again, and just being honest, I could have had a garage door at a cheaper price, but after talking to Rudy I knew having him do it and buying from Precision was once again the smart decision. After he explained to me about the warranty and that he would be installing it himself I was sold. End result was I spent more money than I was hoping, then again when don’t you spend more money than you want when these things happen unexpectedly, but the experience was great and I have peace of mind that I purchased great quality equipment with people, especially Rudy, who appears that they enjoy their job and offer great customer care and great knowledge about the product.

I picked Precision because they had high ratings and I can see why. Tom Hartman is the person that came out and installed a new opener. He was very professional and tested my opener to actually see if I needed a new one. There were some things wrong and I decided to get a new one. He showed different models, what they would cost and let me decide which one to choose. He did not hurry the job, went through everything to make sure it worked properly, explained to me how everything worked. Very nice. K
