Wow talk about service! Garage door spring broke as I was putting the cars away for the night. The next morning I was able to book an appointment later that morning. Tech showed up on time and even texted us prior to arriving. He was very nice and explained what needed to be done. He fixed the door spring and tuned up everything. The door now works better than ever! Same day service, fair prices and great results! Big supporter of Garage Logic too! Doesn’t get any better!

Save yourself a headache and call these guys first, I wish I had! I called another local garage door company first to come out and inspect my garage door. When the tech from the other company arrived, he immediately told me I needed another new garage door opener, and gave me a steep quote. They then contacted me multiple times over a couple days until I found Precision Garage Door. The tech from Precision, Chad, came out (right away) and thoroughly inspected my garage door and my opener, and gently explained that I had a simple issue which he then fixed immediately. He also spent some time giving me pointers on how to keep my garage door operating smoothly and options for future repair needs that may likely arise. And all was covered by the price of their trip charge with no hidden fees! Thanks so much for your honest, thorough assistance, Precision Garage Door! I really appreciated it.

A good job on needed repair was done by Mike and Patrick. I had a window of 10-12 and Tom called at 10:00 to inform me that Mike was running a little behind and wouldn’t be to my house until noon, which I appreciated. Great experience. Their service call is lower than most and is waived if repairs are done. I Was able to book an appointment quickly, the tech (Jonathan Z) called ahead before arriving on time, & was very professional. He was courteous, did a thorough total inspection & was honest about which parts needed replacing & which were satisfactory. The itemization made it very transparent and they allowed me to modify the original plan slightly with no hassle. Jonathan proceeded to work quickly and efficiently and our door was repaired in no time. We will 100% come back for future repairs and highly recommend!
