My opener broke on the coldest day of the year and I was desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Precision and they were able to send out Rudy and Lars the same day I called. They were very knowledgeable and gave some advise on how to select the quietest opener. Rudy and Lars were able to replace the opener and install new rollers in about an hour. They programmed my openers and gave a complete walk through of the features. Great service and friendly techs!

The entire experience with Precision Door - from placing the initial request for service down to the installation review with AJ - was nothing but efficient, courteous and professional. Of particular note was the knowledgeable and friendly installation technician - AJ. He arrived exactly on time and after a quick introduction and review of what service was to be performed got to work straight away. After a very short time he was finished and gave me a demonstration of the new hardware installed - in our case a garage door opener with new controls (remote and wall-mounted.) He also answered all my questions leaving me confident in the knowledge that our garage door issue was resolved in entirety. I would highly recommend this company as they are nothing short of courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and friendly.

I can only say great things about this company and their service. From my phone call with Erica to set an appt. to the on time, professional service provided by Rudy the technician, it was a top-notch experience. I'm a DIY guy and when I got in over my head with installing an over the door spring, Craig was there in about an hour, corrected what I thought was a pretty fix (DIY?)Craig wrapped it up in about a hour. My wife and I still made it out with our three kids for trick or treats. Great guy and 5 star service!
