I rate the service as 5 stars. I needed a garage door repair when a cable came off the drum. The tech arrived during the pre arranged time. He was friendly and professional as he explained what had to be done and the cost of the repair. My garage door works better now then when it was new. I also received a 90 day warranty on the repair. Technician AJ arrived on time, inspected the door, explained repair options, and quickly completed the repairs that I decided to do. My cars had been trapped in the garage due to a broken door spring, so it was a relief to have the repair completed within a few hours after I called. Rudy came out because we were experiencing issues with door closing properly. Minor adjustments were made and Rudy was OUTSTANDING in explaining how the sensors work, what we need to watch for, and generally how things work. It was very helpful. Your technicians were responding to a warranty claim. They came out examined the current state of the opener, recommended replacement of the opener and the wheels on the garage door. They did a great job outlining my options and moved ahead quickly with my chosen option. They completed within their estimated time as well. Lars was here today and replaced the worn out gears in my garage door opener. He also applied some lubricant to the rollers and hinges on the garage door, and suggested that I consider replacing the rollers and a couple of other support parts fairly soon. I appreciated that there was no pressure with the recommendation, just a suggestion that I consider this in the near future. Lars was very friendly, efficient and helpful, and my garage door opener is again working great! If my door or opener need service again, I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door and request Lars!

Jason was my technician. He was prompt arrived when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed the issue was no electricity coming into the garage. Did an efficient job of checking status of door, cables, rollers. Offered options I could accept. I just did the service charge as the key for me was being able to manually open the door. Nice work - would recommend Jason to anyone.
