A few years ago, I had this company install my garage door, and everything seemed fine until yesterday when the spring broke. I called them, and they sent out a tech named Patrick R. To put it mildly, he was a bit... dramatic. When I brought up that the door they installed just two years ago wasn’t being repaired, he got noticeably annoyed, and then actually stomped out of my house like a kid who didn’t get his way. It was unexpected, to say the least. I’d suggest shopping around—you’ll likely find better prices and, hopefully, techs who handle things with a bit more maturity.

I was looking for a tune up on my 24 year old garage doors. Brian was here within 2 hours of my call. He inspected the health of both garage doors and provided options all the way from brand new doors to a basic lube and new rollers. We decided on the lube, new rollers and rubber weather seals. (Gotta keep the mice out) Great options without high pressure sales, Brian was top-notch. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Brian! It pays to be neighborly!

I initially agreed to replacing the cables on my garage door, but after the repair the door was not operating as smoothly as our tech Chad would have liked, so he called his manager Bret and they spent some time shoring up/lubricating the door and doing what was needed to get the door operating well. Above and beyond the cables, without charging above the agreed upon price. The garage door is functioning better than when it was originally installed. Highly recommend these guys!

We had a new garage opener installed to replace a 20 year old opener. The appointment was made for the next day over a phone call, and the Technician showed up right on time. Brian was very friendly, courteous, provided good information and listened to our thoughts and what we wanted. The installation was done in about an hour, just what he estimated, and he took the time to help program the outside key pad, show features and explain the new system. I was very pleased with the promptness and the quality of the product, as well as Brian, who was a great workman. I would recommend Precision Garage Door if you need a new opener.

Their availability on a weekend was a HUGE plus. Also, the technician they sent out was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and friendly. I had one major issue with them. They aren't able to service garage door spring mechanisms with internal springs (Wayne Dalton brand). I understand that this is their prerogative. However, it would have been helpful if during me booking my appointment that they had asked what brand I had up front. It would have saved them a trip and me a bill for $85 only for them to tell me they can't do anything other than install a completely different system for $1200+. Overall though, other than this issue, I would use them again.

Initial response was great. We had a salesperson out the same day we called on 8/21. After the salesperson verified the door we chose was in stock, we were told we would be getting a call in a few days to schedule the installation. After 2 1/2 weeks of no contact,we called only to be told the door was missing a panel and the additional panel would arrive the following Tuesday. We again had no contact to update/schedule the install, therefore called again on Friday. We were set up to have install the next Thursday between 11 and 1. At 2 pm, having not heard from the installation team,we again called as we needed to leave home for another commitment. Today, 6 weeks after our initial contact with the salesperson, we finally got the door installed. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. But due to the poor communication from the office, I am not sure we would use your company again.

Three years ago to the day my garage door spring failed, which another company replaced. Three years later another snapped spring. I decided to call another company and was on the schedule for a same day repair. Alex, the tech, did an inspection pointing out things that should have been replaced previously. Work was done in less than an hour with lifetime guarantee on the spring. Great service.

Our garage door (installed 1989) has been acting up a bit over the last few days. Today we thought we should get it checked out. I looked at the reviews for Precision and saw the great ratings and I now understand why! The woman who helped me on the phone was amazing. She got someone scheduled (today). Chuck our technician was fantastic. Excellent communication about arrival time, and explaining what was going on. Gave us a couple of options for what absolutely needed to be done and what would be a good idea to fix right now. We ended up just getting it all done and everything was great.
