I had difficulty closing my garage door at 9:30 pm. I had seen a Precision Garage Door truck down the street while I was walking the dog and immediately thought to go down and take a picture of the truck so I could call them the next day. Instead of taking a picture, I was able to talk to Tom and he said he could come down and take a look right away. He came down to my house after 10:00 pm and by 11:00 had our door working perfectly. He also gave me an incredible deal. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.

When I learn our two cars are trapped in the garage at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, I have very little hope of much getting done till Monday or later. I tried Google anyway. Found Precision. Called the # with little expectation. From the way Kristi answered the phone to how Tom handled things when he arrived (9:40am) was nothing short of spectacular. Excellent website and it got me to the opener that I wanted. Duncan did an excellent job even though he told me it was his first installation of that model after I asked. When I get the vehicles programmed and the smart phones, I may have more comments on the opener itself.

Everything looks great! One thing though, it is a manual garage door and there is no rope or handle to pull it shut when open. Should that have come with the door?

Had a cable break this afternoon. Called for service today and was scheduled between 7 and 9 Pm. Was told that Tom would do the repair. He called at 6:30 and was here at 6:45. The repair was done very professionally and the cost was very reasonable. I will be calling them when I need a door replacement. Very honest and professional company. Five stars plus!

I would not trust this company. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and told her that one of the springs had broken on my garage door. She said that would generally run $150, but couldn't guarantee that, which I completely understand. She they said it would be $60 for the trip if I chose not to go with their company to fix my garage door. I later realized why that was mentioned. When the service guys showed up, they immediately said they would not fix just the one spring because it was unsafe for them to do that. They also mentioned they would do a 24 point inspection and give me a quote. Immediately, I realized that I was being taken advantage of. The person on the phone told me that it would be approximately $150 for the one spring and the service guy said they don't even do one spring without the other. Awhile later, I got quotes of $555, $600, and $800 for them to replace wheels and clean this and that. I completely understand that every product and service has a price and I am willing to pay for the products and services I receive. However, these folks were called to my home under a completely different expectation of cost. I would advise anyone I know to avoid this company. Trust is one of the most important things a company can have with their customers. Based on the lack of integrity shown in my interaction, I have no trust in this company.

Great Service! Called 24 hour emergency service to repair broken springs and they arrived within 2 hours on memorial day. They did a full inspection and replaced the springs, rollers, rails, and a new garage door opener in about a hour and a half. Awesome Job!

The service was great! We were unable to get our garage door open. The automatic opener did not work and all the manual options were also broken. It is a 40 year old door. Mitch worked very hard and was very persistent. He gave me all the option I had. With the help of two other technicians they were finally able to find a way to open the door. Unfortunately we will need a new door which we will get from Precision.
