Just wow.. my garage door was completely broken. I called in the A.M. and Precision was able to come out to my place that same day at 5pm, and got the door up and running less than an hour.. We requested an estimate to replace our two garage doors. AJ, the estimator, was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and timely. He is a good representative of Precision. If we select Precision to replace our garage doors, we will issue another review for the installation, workmanship and quality of the product and price. We are pleased with the estimating process. I’m going to be honest with you guys. Price wise you guys were about $125.00 higher than Twin City garage doors, but I decided to deal with you guys because of one simple reason........Customer Service. The sales guys at the other place was an ass! He was rude and made us feel like we were interrupting his day. Right off the back the telephone conversation I had with your customer representative was very nice. To top it off we got immediate service. Then the cherry to the entire experience was Rudy Vallejos. He installed our equipment and he was so nice, but also the bearer of bad news. Our garage door needed replacing. The cost....Another $900.00. Again, and just being honest, I could have had a garage door at a cheaper price, but after talking to Rudy I knew having him do it and buying from Precision was once again the smart decision. After he explained to me about the warranty and that he would be installing it himself I was sold. End result was I spent more money than I was hoping, then again when don’t you spend more money than you want when these things happen unexpectedly, but the experience was great and I have peace of mind that I purchased great quality equipment with people, especially Rudy, who appears that they enjoy their job and offer great customer care and great knowledge about the product.

Our garage door spring broke, trapping both of our vehicles in the garage. Since it was Sunday, I had no idea how long it would take. I found Precision website, and the chat function popped up. A service technician was available, and we had a repair in about 3 hours! So we were thrilled. The technician was very professional and careful. Email confirmation of the appointment was appreciated. I really just wish all companies had service like this.

Our garage door stopped working on Sunday morning and we needed a quick repair or else I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work on Monday. Our repairman, Duncan, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out on Sunday afternoon and looked at what needed to be done and gave us a price quote before he did any work. He did a fantastic job and even fixed the second garage door that we had not called about. The fix was quick and easy and very well priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and the cost. We definitely highly recommend Precision Door if you need garage door repairs.

Our garage spring unexpectedly broke and left me with my car stuck inside. I went online to look for help on getting a quote for how much the fix would be as well as the timing for when I would be able to access my car. It was early in the morning so I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to find any information for at least a couple hours let alone be able to get to my car for the rest of the day. I came across the Precision website and was happy to see they were local to my area. I used the Live Chat option to ask my questions and with informative answers, I scheduled an appointment the same day. I was very impressed with the amount of detail in the responses to my questions and the short amount of time it took to schedule an appointment the same day. In addition to this, I received an email confirmation of my appointment, a text message with details on my technician that would be coming and a phone call from the person letting me know when he was going to arrive. While he was at my house, he completed a full review of our garage door and gave me all the details with photos of the issue(s) as well as options as far as the repair. He was very informative and friendly. Most importantly for me, he was able to do all the work as soon as I choose my option. I had my car out by noon! Thank you Jason and Precision Door Service.

I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door

I picked Precision because they had high ratings and I can see why. Tom Hartman is the person that came out and installed a new opener. He was very professional and tested my opener to actually see if I needed a new one. There were some things wrong and I decided to get a new one. He showed different models, what they would cost and let me decide which one to choose. He did not hurry the job, went through everything to make sure it worked properly, explained to me how everything worked. Very nice. K
