Rudy was the technician who came out to my house and help me with my garage door. He also had another man with him but I did not catch his name.....sorry! They called and were able to come early for my appointment, which was appreciated. Both technicians were excellent and explained to me, in detail, what they needed to do to get my garage door back up and running. They also explained what the cost would be to get my issues corrected to make sure I was OK with it before they started. They also helped me replace my keypad and program my openers. Rudy also explained some work that I may want to have done in the future before the springs get too bad. No pressure to have it done immediately, but great info to have when I do need to call back for another service call. I highly recommend Precision and Rudy as they are top notch!

We had AJ come fix our garage door. I set up the service through our HSA Warranty. I couldn’t believe how fast I was contacted or how quickly after someone was able to come fix the door. He had all the parts and got it done very quickly so we could get our car out. We are incredibly pleased and will be using this company again if we have any other issues!

First off, I called Precision Door on Saturday (another local competitor was not open Saturday), and you were able to schedule me Monday morning--tat was very impressive and appreciated. Mitch came to repair my garage door (one of the two springs broke), and review my situation with any other recommendations. Since it is a 31 year old door, when he suggested replacing the worn metal rollers with nylon ones, we decided to add that to the project. He presented me with three options, and gave me NO PRESSURE at all to upgrade, but explained what each level would entail. He said that, given the repairs he was doing, the door should be serviceable for the foreseeable future. I am pleased to report how terrific his service and politeness was all along the way! He could not have done a better job or been more admirable in his approach to the entire process. As mentioned, he gave me options with no pressure, and seemed to have my best interest in mind and heart at every step. Very impressive experience with Mitch and with Precision Door this week! If anyone is in a similar predicament as I, I will certainly recommend your company wholeheartedly! Thanks!

The repair people knew what they were doing and were very courteous. The work done was replacement of two springs, cable replacements, roller replacements and replacement of the opener with a manufacturer that brands the device with Precision's name. The work came to 1000 which I thought was a little steep. The original quote was over 1200 which was not at all palatable and they adjusted it down to 1000. Although work was very professional the pricing structure may need to be looked at.
