Chuck was very congenial, and, I'm sure, an expert. However, I was quoted something in the low $200s to replace the spring on our single garage door, but when he saw the door, the price went up to over $600. The customer service person did say "starting" at $200, but even after asking what it might be, did not indicate anything close to $600. I paid the $85 service fee (which is waived if they do the work) and thanked him for coming. Although I'm sure no one intends this, and I did explain what kind of door it is, it feels like a classic bait and switch.

I called needing same day service. My call was answered promptly and courteously. The technician or office emailed to tell me he was on his way. I appreciated the picture provided with the email. He was courteous, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and highly accommodating. I needed the repair of an opener bracket attachment to the door and purchased a number of items needing upgrades. I HIGHLY recommend Precision and will use them as needed in the future.

Our experience with your company was excellent. We did not have our garage door checked out for 35 years. We thought it just needed to have an inspection. Your company had a coupon in the Valupac, so that’s why I called your company. Your receptionist was very courteous and friendly. You had openings the next couple of days that fit with our schedule. Brian came out to our home, called to let us know he was on his way. He was a great representative of your company. He was very honest, gave us 3 different options for the job that needed to be done. He was very honest and certainly knew how to do his job. He was very professional and timely on getting the work done. The garage door noise does not wake up the neighbors anymore and no more crack under the door. Very satisfied customers!

They extremely over charged us. $200 for the wheels that cost $35 at Hone Depot. Garage door will not close and cannot get anyone to come back and fix it. Customer service is a call center it is NOT local. Managers and tech support all gone for the day. Reporting this company!

This is a Soulless corporate rip off. My garage door stopped working 4 hours after a $1,000 repair. I can't close the door. The tech who did the repair left me his business 'card' that had a call center number on it, which is weird. Why would you have him give me a card with his name and a phone # if I couldn't actually get a hold of him? When I texted the number the tech used to call me in the morning, it said the number was not monitored which means you pay for a dialing service to connect me with the technician to keep a barrier between your workers and customers. When I called the call center for help, they said another department would be reaching out to schedule an appointment. When the "other department" never called me, I called back and was told I'll have to wait until tomorrow. This system of post sale deflection is by design. You have invested time, services, and planning to make it difficult to reach you, after you take my money. Why do you choose to operate this way? There was nothing local or personal about this experience. These business practices do not build trust. (even if your call center music says I can trust you)

The two people installing the door did a great job taking out the old door and installing the new one. They were careful, did good work, and the door looks excellent as well. They explained basic maintenance and setting up the app that came with our opener before they left, although the fine details inside the app aren’t something they see very often. We were pleased with the quick turnaround from order to installation as well.

They are VERY professional in their bidding process. They kept me posted as to when my door was in stock and would be installed. However, it took at least three tries to get all the correct panels to my house. The installers on site were very upset with whomever loaded their truck. The supervisor at the warehouse gave me a free upgrade on the springs to make things right. It has been less than a week now and I can see daylight at the door edges that was not there immediately after the install. It will be interesting to see if they come out to correct this issue.
