Looked at other reviews and proximity of location to my home. Also the price for a quality smart garage door opener with great features was a deciding factor. The best part was that I was able to get it installed within 2 hours of making the phone call! The install was done in about 30 minutes and was perfectly executed. Good job Rudy and your coworker! I got the system connected to my router as well as linked to Google home so I can command Google to open or close the garage. The Linear App is fully functional and allows me to set schedules, geo fence so the garage opens when I get within a block of my home and close when I leave. Exactly what I wanted! Thanks Precision!

What a pleasant interaction. From making the first appointment to installation ,professional with a side of fun ! We were impressed with Jason's knowledge and no pressure approach. Mitch was able to come early, went over things that were bad and suggested what needed to be done so that I wouldn't have further issues and would need to call again to have more work done. It was all fixed and rollers, rusted brackets, wires and garage door opener all replaced. Added a keypad on the outside. thank you.

Mitch was knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently. He reviewed the door workings and recommended replacing parts in addition to the old springs. He gave me 3 quotes, 2 of which I accepted. I thought the quotes were a bit high, but I accepted them. The door works well and more quietly.

Called Precision Door as our garage door would not close unless you held the remote until the door shut when the sun was hitting the door.
