Nothing like having your torsion spring snap on one of the coldest nights in January. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. AJ Dreyling was the tech that did the repairs. he was very thorough, explained the problem, options for repair, proceeded with the repair and invoice. He was very courteous and professional. Garage door works better than it has in a long time! Definitely would call this company again.

I made the appointment in the morning and they were out in the afternoon at the time they said they would be at my home. They did an assessment of my garage door situation and made several recommendations from the basic fix to a fix that would prevent future issues. They showed me the areas of concern and once I made my decision on what level of service I wanted they got to work and fixed the door within an hour. The door never sounded quieter and worked as well as it does now. They were very polite and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My garage door opener broke when I was trying to leave to do errands on a Saturday morning. I called Precision, and a repairman was at my house about an hour later. He checked out the situation, and recommended a new garage door opener. I knew that the opener was twenty years old, and needed to be replaced. He did the work, cleaned up the site, and was finished in less than three hours. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener, and would highly recommend their product and their work.
