Jeep vs Garage Door: The Jeep won and the garage door was TKO. I called you at 10:30 a.m. and your technician, Travis Reiman, arrived a few hours later. The job was evaluated and a new door needed to be ordered. Travis took great care matching door colors to the other town homes in my home owners association. Travis, went the extra mile to get my broken door open so I could get my car out of the garage and then lowered the door and locked it for me. Thank you!

Fast next day service when one cable broke, door hung crooked about 2 ft off ground. Track bent as a result, so that had to be replaced. John was excellent, showed us in detail what needed to be repaired and why, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as he went so no materials were left behind for us to dispose of. We also had him replace the weather strip on both doors (badly needed long before the cable broke) and he showed us what to do to prevent similar damage in the future. Reset the springs and lubed everything. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done on our 26-yr-old doors. I recommend John and Precision Door St. Paul. Great work.

Unfortunately my garage door broke last night and I needed it to fixed ASAP due to cars being parked in the garage. I called at 6:30 AM and was able to have a technician to my house at 8AM. My technician (Jason Schuster) was very professional and he was aware I had to leave at a certain time to take my kids to school and he worked diligently to be sure it was done on time. This is my second time working with Precision. I was extremely satisfied with the service and work that my technician, Devon did today with my garage door repair.
