Called at 12 Noon. Devon (The Tech) was out by 1:15 on the same day. Devon performed an inspected, showed me some other concerns he had, and then I chose the work I wanted to perform. Devon was super courteous, professional, and finished all the repairs in less than an hour. It was a great experience!

Jason was the technician sent to repair our garage door. I offered him the chance to re-schedule because the weather was very cold. He said that wasn't a problem. He pointed out the repairs needed. We will have to decide which option we will pursue, but we won't proceed until we have warmer weather. We are able to manipulate the door manually. Jason represented your company in an exemplary manner. His explanations were clear and his work ethic seems exceptional.

Service was great. I requested quote and was given prompt call back by Tom. He was knowledgeable and walked we through options and provide cost of complete service. When technician Devon arrived he too was knowledgeable and provide recommendation on best installation option. Devon did great job installing 2 units and replacing rollers in one door. A spring on our garage door broke and we did not realize it until trying to get the door open Friday, mid-day. First place I called could not be out until Monday at the earliest --- I called Precision and the tech was here approximately 70 minutes after I called.
