Called at 12 Noon. Devon (The Tech) was out by 1:15 on the same day. Devon performed an inspected, showed me some other concerns he had, and then I chose the work I wanted to perform. Jason was the technician sent to repair our garage door. I offered him the chance to re-schedule because the weather was very cold. He said that wasn't a problem. He pointed out the repairs needed. We will have to decide which option we will pursue, but we won't proceed until we have warmer weather. We are able to manipulate the door manually. Jason represented your company in an exemplary manner. His explanations were clear and his work ethic seems exceptional.
