Our garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday morning. Fortunately it happened after the car was out! I scheduled the service for the following Monday. The tech called to let us know that he was on his way and would arrive a half hour early. He analyzed the problem, presented several options. He had everything he needed on the truck and completed the repairs in a timely manner, cleaned up nicely. We are extremely happy with the work that was done.

Had an issue with on of the panel that was scratched. They ordered a new panel and came out and installed it right away. That panel ended up with factory defect. And without hesitation, they replaced that one. Everyone in the office was supper nice and made sure I was updated. And I spoke with a real person every time. I would highly recommend them.

My garage door decided to quit working on me 7 months ago. In my effort to try and figure it out myself, I only made it worse (go figure)! When I realized the problem was beyond my capabilities to fix, I called Precision to come help! They came out, tech was amazing. He was kind, friendly, and able to explain the problem in ways I could understand! I spent a lot of money to fix the problem! However, 7 months later he was back at my house with a door that, again, did not work! This time I did NOT touch anything other then the manual opener to make to door go up and down. Long story not so short, he had to come back. He was again kind, friendly, and informative (even though I probably came off a little frustrated with him) My only wish is he would have noticed the problem before he had to come back out again, and force me to leave my garage open to the public for 2 days (due to my personal schedule, not his schedule)! AMAZING company, will recommend 10/10…. But if futures issues could be considered on initial meeting could have saved everyone time!

Garage door sensors stopped working so I called and the Tech came out the next morning. After he quickly replaced both eyes, he greased everything up and my ancient opener is silent again! This is the second time I’ve used Precision and they will continue to be my Garage Door Guys!
