On February 29,2020 our garage door failed. Called made to Precision at 9Am on Saturday. Promised a visit arrived @ 4:30PM. Worked until 8:30 PM. Very Professional, called in extra help. Difficult job as door was jammed at a crooked angle. Made door usable returned on Sunday cable now broken, again door usable. Monday completed work. Craig(owner) here twice. We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

After being brushed off by another company who wanted me to get up on a ladder and fix the issue myself I found this company. It turned out that the solution to the door closing issue was quite simple but there was no way to know without it being looked at. Appreciate the prompt, no-hassle service. One of the coldest days of the year. The wife crashed into the garage door and knocked it and one of the cables off the track, plus bent the bottom panel. I found Precision on Angie's List. they were out in less than an hour. Repaired the door in less than two and it only cost 145$!!. Plus they let me know when they were coming as well as when they got close to the house and even sent a picture of the technician. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely call these guys again.
