The technician, Josh, arrived when expected, looked at the problem I was having with a garage door not closing, and fixed the problem with some adjustments to the spring tension and oiled everything up so that it the garage door operated more smoothly and quietly. He also noticed a couple of rusty and fraying cables that he suggested replacing. He broke down the quote for services, suggesting adjusting and oiling the other doors, and while there were suggestions to replace aging rollers, I didn't feel pressured to do so. Josh did the work I agreed to that day in the extreme cold, and the garage doors have been working great since.

Overall we had a great experience with Precision Door Service. We had a cable break on our garage door and needed to have it repaired quickly. Couldn’t ask for better service! From the first call I made to the work done by Jason, the technician nothing but first class treatment. I had a torsion bar spring break and it was replaced within 3 hours of my call even though the temperature was -4 F. Fasted service I have ever received when needing a garage door repair.
