Precision Door has friendly, rapid customer service and timely communication methods (phone, email, text). My garage doors, 10+ years old, were off their tracks and generally not closing well. I thought I would have to get new doors! I call PD, get an appointment right away, Jason arrives, calls before he comes over, diagnoses the problem quickly with a detailed explanation and great interpersonal skills and positive attitude, fixes the issue in about and hour, tells me what he did and recommends future improvements, great price, pay on the spot with credit card. BAM! Game over. This company rocks, I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

Found a coupon on Angie’s List for them. A spring broke on my door this morning. Precision came out within a few hours. The tech, Devon, was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and didn’t try to oversell me. Pricing was competitive with other services. Eli Traaseth was the technician assigned to fix our door. Not only did Eli fix the problem by replacing the spring, he was very knowledgeable of the setup and found a couple more components that needed repair. He didn't try to play the salesman game, he told me what I needed to hear. He replaced both springs, replaced the bearing kit, and threw in a surge protector. The door opens and closes like a beaut, within 24 hours of the issue occurring! Very well done Eli!!

I called mid-morning and a technician was scheduled to come between 2:00 and 4:00. At around 1:15 I received a call from Devon saying that he could come at 1:45 if that was okay. He arrived at 1:47, completed replacement of springs and other parts and had the door working within an hour. He was a pleasure to watch doing his job. I was impressed with his professionalism and good manners. If I had a business I’d hope to hire talented people with his work ethic.
