Decided to call for appointment at Precision Door Burnsville to come look at several other issues beside the seal (and fix them). Work was done quickly with same day appointment. Friendly informative workers with what needs to be done and price before work began. Jeep vs Garage Door: The Jeep won and the garage door was TKO. I called you at 10:30 a.m. and your technician, Travis Reiman, arrived a few hours later. The job was evaluated and a new door needed to be ordered. Travis took great care matching door colors to the other town homes in my home owners association. Travis, went the extra mile to get my broken door open so I could get my car out of the garage and then lowered the door and locked it for me. Thank you!

Fast next day service when one cable broke, door hung crooked about 2 ft off ground. Track bent as a result, so that had to be replaced. John was excellent, showed us in detail what needed to be repaired and why, worked very efficiently and cleaned up as he went so no materials were left behind for us to dispose of. We also had him replace the weather strip on both doors (badly needed long before the cable broke) and he showed us what to do to prevent similar damage in the future. Reset the springs and lubed everything. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done on our 26-yr-old doors. I recommend John and Precision Door St. Paul. Great work.

Unfortunately my garage door broke last night and I needed it to fixed ASAP due to cars being parked in the garage. I called at 6:30 AM and was able to have a technician to my house at 8AM. My technician (Jason Schuster) was very professional and he was aware I had to leave at a certain time to take my kids to school and he worked diligently to be sure it was done on time. I will for surely be using Precision for all my garage door needs in the future.

This is my second time working with Precision. I was extremely satisfied with the service and work that my technician, Devon did today with my garage door repair. He was timely, very knowledgeable and helpful with next steps and recommendations for my broken garage door opener. Not to mention, it was -12 degrees out and he never once complained about the working conditions or cold weather. The job was complete within 30 minutes of his arrival. Job well done! I will be calling Precision and requesting Devon for any other garage door repairs needed in my near future.

From start to finish this was a pleasant experience, all done by noon same day! Prompt and polite customer service answered call to schedule appt. Offered 2 hour windows all day. Confirmed via text and email. The technician Devon also called and texted me to see if he could come early - yes! Devon was knowledgeable and polite. Explain the costs of each procedure. He even know when Precision's last visit to our house was, and what they did. Devon completed the tasks in 30 minutes. Awesome job. Doors hum.
