Our experience with Precision was excellent. Chris Sleeper provided a thorough bid, along with advice and recommendations...and no pressure. After accepting the bid, the process went exactly as he described. I was notified when the door came in to their warehouse, an installation date/time was set, and I was notified when the installers were on the way to our house. They were efficient, friendly, polite and did an excellent job.

Chuck arrived on time, assessed the situation efficiently and with obvious knowledge. He provided me with our options, listened to my concerns & questions. Did a chat on-line (3 min) and informed individual of a broken spring. Service man was assigned and dispatched from Mpls. within 1 hour. Springs, rollers, rails and cables all replaced in 1-1/2 hours. Great service, great job. Very professional with a 3 year warranty. Would highly recommended.

After our garage door refused to lift, we detected a broken spring and a wheel that had jumped the track. A quick call was made to Precision Garage Door (who we have used before). They offered an appointment time for the next morning, first thing. That morning I received a text at 8:10am that the technician was on his way. Upon arrival, Gregg inspected the entire door and tracks. The inspection revealed that part of the track had worked itself loose, the wheels on our 10+ year old door were rusting and worn out, and of course the spring was shot. Gregg provided an estimate on the spot and, after approval, completed all the work in about an hour. The door is now quiet and operating perfectly. Gregg was professional and a skilled technician. It was a pleasure working with him and Precision Garage Door. When garage door service is needed, they are and will continue be our first call.
