My garage door spring broke at 9PM. I called Precision and spoke to a friendly service member who told me they could have a technician come out at 8AM the next morning. Patrick showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional and got underway with the inspections and quote. He had all tools and parts on hand to get the job done. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true craftsman. I was impressed with him and Precision!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE- Highly recommend! Truly, in this day and age of poor customer service, Precision lives up to their name. Spoke to a human on the initial call, had a service person here the next day; an extremely nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable, former vet, Brian, who made adjustments on the fly for my 80 year old garage and door and it was all done in about an hour! Grateful!

One of the rollers came off the guide rail, and my garage door was stuck open. Didn’t feel like I could shop around and felt that precision was very pricey. That said they were able to get me in same day two hour window. Alec came at the start of it was very thorough. They do a complete check and gave me three options for service. The work was completed quickly and works just fine. One thing I forgot to mention is when they confirm the appointment it includs a picture of the technician,which I thought was a really nice touch.

He was highly informative and knowledgeable. He was able to do a thorough walk-through of his assessment and what needed to be done today and what could wait. I highly recommend their services. I would be more than willing to call for help again in the future if any other issues arise.

James arrived promptly at 8. He then took pictures . He was very thorough in explaining what he needed to do. It was bitterly cold on Tuesday!! He worked for almost 4 hours not coming in from the cold. He then spent time pairing the garage to my phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done. So grateful for the work he did. Had a great experience with Colton. He assessed everything and gave me pointers on maintenance. He was fun to talk to and share some tidbits from both our military backgrounds. No high pressure tactics. He loves dogs and helped me train my new pup to accept strangers. I gave him dog treats for this. Garage door runs smoothly and now i can rest assured that the spring won't break in the dead of winter.

I could tell after the first few minutes that I was dealing with the consummate professional. It was obvious thatJameson Leach has worked on hundreds if not thousands of garage doors in his career. The conditions were brutal with wind chills dropping into the -25 range but he got the job done and with a degree of perfection. In a word, one could say that Jameson did more than fixed my garage door that afternoon, he saved my family from a very painful experience.
