The cable and track for our garage door broke late on a Friday night and Precision Door was able to get someone out to our house early Saturday afternoon. Tom had everything he needed with him and after a couple hours he was on his way. Price was very reasonable and he went through everything he completed along with a couple a things for me to be aware of moving forward. I appreciated the thoroughness and would recommend Precision Door.

Great service! Had a new door installed in February and we needed a repair done. Within minutes of calling I had a technician coming within within the hour. Tom one of the ownerS came out, assessed the issue and didn’t have what he needed in his truck, but tracked down someone near by, got the part and came back to repair. Outstanding level of service! Very professional company. I was able to schedule an appointment within one day. The salesperson was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I ordered a new garage door on that same day. Tom Hartmon was such a professional! He took one look at my garage door and knew what the problem was. He had all of the parts in his truck and in a short time, my garage door opened like a charm. He even was able to make it quieter when opening and closing! He gave me a lot of valuable information on regular maintenance of the door to prevent future problems. Best service ever!! I received an email appointment confirmation when I booked the service. I recieved a call from the tech that they were on their way & an email with a photo of the tech. They arrived on time. Gave me a thorough estimate & explanation of the problem. The repair was finished in less than 1 hour. I picked Precision because they had high ratings and I can see why. Tom Hartman is the person that came out and installed a new opener. He was very professional and tested my opener to actually see if I needed a new one. There were some things wrong and I decided to get a new one. He showed different models, what they would cost and let me decide which one to choose. He did not hurry the job, went through everything to make sure it worked properly, explained to me how everything worked. Very nice. K
