My name is Tom Hartmon; I’ve been married to my wife, Kristi for 24 years and we have two adult children, Derek and Jake. We are proud co-owners of Precision Door Service-Twin Cities with our business partners, Craig and Erica. I enjoy being outdoors snowmobiling, jet skiing, and spending time at our family cabin. I have over twenty-seven years of technical service experience with most of those in the food service industry. I enjoy being hands-on and solving problems. I take pride in providing top level service to our customers and helping them with their garage door and opener needs. I look forward to meeting you to have the opportunity to earn your business and trust.

I had difficulty closing my garage door at 9:30 pm. I had seen a Precision Garage Door truck down the street while I was walking the dog and immediately thought to go down and take a picture of the truck so I could call them the next day. Instead of taking a picture, I was able to talk to Tom and he said he could come down and take a look right away. He came down to my house after 10:00 pm and by 11:00 had our door working perfectly. He also gave me an incredible deal. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received.

When I learn our two cars are trapped in the garage at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, I have very little hope of much getting done till Monday or later. I tried Google anyway. Found Precision. Called the # with little expectation. From the way Kristi answered the phone to how Tom handled things when he arrived (9:40am) was nothing short of spectacular. He departed less than two hours later.We could not be happier!

Had a cable break this afternoon. Called for service today and was scheduled between 7 and 9 Pm. Was told that Tom would do the repair. He called at 6:30 and was here at 6:45. The repair was done very professionally and the cost was very reasonable. I will be calling them when I need a door replacement. Very honest and professional company. Five stars plus!

I am so glad I found Precision to get my garage door and opener working properly. Tom was wonderful to work with, was on time and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he remedied it. Called Precision Door as our garage door would not close unless you held the remote until the door shut when the sun was hitting the door. Called the Co. that put the door in last year (Warranty) and he adjusted the rail. Never fixed it. Tom came out and knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed it right!!!! Thanks......Dave L.
