The service technician was great. Found our problem quickly and did not try to sell us a new door opener, but got the present one operating in a few minutes. Checked over door rollers and safety features and only charged for service call.

When we came home on a Friday night and put our truck away, and the garage door fell to the floor, we felt like we were stuck until Monday. Then we remembered Precision Garage Door from Garage Logic and got on the computer and found that we could get a technician as early as 8am the next day! I had a very positive experience with James, a Precision Garage Door technician today My opener on the outside of the garage door has not worked for the last two days after being trouble-free for 8 years. I called Monday and James came over on Tuesday. He said it would be a simple fix, a reset and would be a regular $85 trip charge He showed me how to do the reset so I could fix the issue myself in the future. No pressure, no upsale. Nice guy who did a job well.

Fantastic! They were able to come same-day when my torsion spring broke. Not only did they replace the springs, but the visit also includes a full check on the conditions of the rest of the door components, so I opted to replace the torsion cables and vertical track rails too since the old ones were incredibly rusty and likely to fail soon anyway. Even with the extra replacements, the whole visit took under an hour. James was professional and courteous, great to work with!

James also inspected a smaller back garage door and fixed that up too. He informed us what should be replaced and the rationale. I was able to have a repairman come the same day I called. He did a very thorough inspection of the door and its various parts and gave me three options for repair /replacement. I opted for the best replacement opener and also took advantage of their "quiet door" special. The old door works like new - quiet. quick, better lighting and comes with two remotes, the interior control panel and an external keypad!
