PGD was very responsive to our broken spring. Chad was at our house within hours. Figured out what to do about our old custom springs, and installed upgrade std springs the next day. He also helped open our heavy door so we could get our cars out. Also a GL podcast supporter.

Precision Door installed a new door openers when ours stopped working. They came two days after we first contacted them. The tech explained the types of openers we could install. The tech was very knowledgeable, early for the appointment and explained all the new features. We love our quiet new opener and highly recommend Precision Door for your garage needs.

I initially agreed to replacing the cables on my garage door, but after the repair the door was not operating as smoothly as our tech Chad would have liked, so he called his manager Bret and they spent some time shoring up/lubricating the door and doing what was needed to get the door operating well. Above and beyond the cables, without charging above the agreed upon price. The garage door is functioning better than when it was originally installed. Highly recommend these guys!

Great service. They arrived about 3 hours after calling. The tech showed up and was very fast and explained the problem. Had the parts and was done in about 45 mins. Will for sure use them again.

Positive 1. Easy to schedule 2. Technician arrived on time Negative 1. No condition report was provided 2. Quotes were discussed over the phone and were not emailed before the work was done. 3. The service fee on the credit card was not communicated earlier 4. The parts roughly cost more than twice what is listed online. Overall, it was expensive. I have the condition report from the previous visit, where all components that were replaced are listed as green. I'm not sure if things need to be totally replaced in a span of two years. End Bearing Plate 12 ga w/Bearing LH - The most expensive item on Amazon is $23, and it was priced at $71 PDS 234x35 - 1-3/4" ID RHW SP Green Powder Coated High Cycle Torsion Spring. Similarly, the Most expensive was $129, which was priced at $330.
