Very bad company—- trying to rip off people!!! Should get -100 stars. Why?—— I called on Saturday & talked to Mindy and I confirmed on the phone that the charge to replace broken garage cable with the total charge including labor $170+ tax . I asked her 3 times on the phone and she confirmed that. You can check the recording. BUT the guy came and pretended like it is a serious issue with the garage and told me it cost me $890 to replace JUST one broken cable, and other 2 options 1800 and 3000+…. They think I am stupid or what????!!! I will tell ALL people I know about this company. Now I just came to Home Depot to buy 2 cables $8.99 each and fix it myself!!!! It takes me not even half an hour…. SOOOOO TERRIBLE !!!!

Alex, the technician that perform my service was, timely, professional, neat and a good communicator. Alex is an asset to your company! As a Continuous Improvement item, the scheduled time for my appointment, the email and text I received the day before all confirm an arrival time between, 10: a.m. to 12: noon. Alex showed up at 8: a.m.. Just an FYI, how accurate commination is vital.

Not cheap but quality service. Options were given and an explanation was shared as to which option to select. As the installer was finishing up, I noticed that he was oiling the rollers on the door that he was not repairing. That say a ton about the quality of service and the integrity of the company!!

The service provider arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem and made the necessary repair. He also identified potential future problems of my aging door and opener, and gave me an estimate to complete those repairs if I were to move ahead with them, which I appreciated. This afternoon I was cleaning up my back yard of leaves and around the garage floor and driveway by blowing leaves and debris clear of the area. Unfortunately while doing that a leaf apparently blocked the garage sensor. When I closed the garage doors it didn't work. I immediately called Precision Garage Door, and they were able to schedule someone this, Friday, afternoon. Alex Williamson, my technician, came early and quickly identified the problem, and resolved it. I was pleased to pay for the service call this afternoon and still most of the evening ahead of me. Alex did an excellent job, and I will happily recommend Precision Garage Door of Mpls and St. Paul, for any further service requirements. Thank you very much.

Contacted precision door to have them put weatherstripping on the bottom of my garage door. While inspecting the garage door, they noticed the torsion cables were rusted and the rollers need to replacing. They were able to complete the repairs and install the weather stripping. Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
