Adam performed a repair on our garage door and carefully explained what was going on, what was needed, where it was appropriate to upgrade to better materials, e/g a stainless steel cable vs. a steel cable that could rust, and at the end showed us how to properly keep the door lubricated and in good functioning order. Overall, we're incredibly happy with the service we received.

Adam listened to my explanation of what the opener/door were doing and then spent quality time examining the door both in its parts and in its movement. Of course, it would not act up today with the technician there. He made me feel comfortable with the current status of the door, and gave me a possible remedy if it should recur.

Amazing service! Came out same day and fixed everything within a couple hours. My technician, Adam Mitchell, did an amazing job explaining each step to me. He also did a safety inspection upon arrival and went over everything and the costs before beginning so I was able to make a decision that made the most sense fiscally for me without pressuring me in any direction. Great service all around! I purchased a new opener, surge protector, belt rail, springs, bearing, and rollers. Everything is working great! As a side note - I really loved being able to schedule the service online and that I received updates via text. Very user-friendly for those of us who hate talking on the phone!

I managed to knock something loose on one of the rails of our garage door. Precision's tech came the next day, early after confirming that was OK, had it diagnosed and fixed in half an hour. Not cheap, but the peace of mind is so welcome. He did offer an up-sell of some brackets and wheels but that was easy to decline. No need at this time.

So glad I found you! My door opener was beeping and you quickly took care of this at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed with the prompt and thorough service. I also really appreciated Adam, the service tech . He was clearly knowledgeable and took the time to review of what to look out for in the future and how to best maintain my opener/garage door. Great overall experience. I would definitely use Precision again if needed.
