First I’ll say that everyone I spoke with to inquire for a garage door spring repair were all very friendly. Adam the technician who came to my home was very friendly and very detailed with giving me the overview of his findings for the repair, which I found helpful. However the price I was quoted was almost twice that of other companies I had spoken with, felt he was trying to upsell me on other items (new ballbearing and rollers) that weren’t really necessary. I decided not to go with this company so can’t truly rate their product/service. They may have superior products, I really can’t say since I didn’t use their service, but their cost was substantially higher than others.

Went above and beyond the call of duty. Arrived early which was nice and got the job done real quick. I was impressed. Also, very pleased with the way the company operates, sending a picture of the service technician so I know who to expect. I reached out to them around 2am in the morning and someone contacted me at 2am in the morning setting up an appointment. Nice to know there are still businesses out here that do business the right way. Yes, I would recommend.

Patrick arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. He inspected our entire garage door and all components. He noticed wear on the cables, said our spring was in great shape and offered options for repair or replacement of our opener. He explained the costs and benefits of each. Since our door is 30 years old, we opted to replace the unit. He did the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself, showed me how to operate the opener, and program our wall units, vehicle openers, and set up the My Q app.. Trust, Value, Quality and Service are the reasons I recommend them

My appointment with them was between 8-10 am on a Sunday not only is it great that they do weekends but the technician Gregg that they sent out was at my house by 815 cant beat that there was a lot of stuff that needed to be done on my garage door and however I think the price they gave me was fair I just didn't have it at the time the tech didnt at all push me to spend more than i could afford told him all I could afford was the bare minimum repair to get the door working again and he got right to work and was done within a half hour. Great first experience definitely will go through them again next time

For no known reason our garage door opened while we were out of town. Once we got home, I called Precision Garage Door, on a Saturday morning and our service person, Chuck, was at our house in about 90 minutes. Chuck was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all the problems he found with the garage door. One of the issues he found was pretty serious, and if left alone could have resulted in someone getting hurt. Chuck fixed all the problems, explained everything and even programmed the openers for us. We will always use this company for future garage door maintenance and service. Highly recommend them.
