We were able to get an appointment immediately but the estimate was double what we ended up paying with another company that came out 2 hours later. Be careful of the service fee that will be “waived” if they end up doing the work because once they are at your place the estimate is extremely high. You will end up paying the service fee.

Two springs broke on Saturday morning. Precision sent Technician Devon Nelson to the rescue. By 3:00pm the door was back in working order. Devon was on top of his game. Prompt, efficient, professional. He completed his checklist, explained the options and then completed the repair expertly. Great job! Would certainly recommend.

I was unfortunate enough to go out to my garage to find I had broken torsion spring and my garage door would not open. This on a Sunday morning. I was fortunate enough to come across your website this morning saying you were open on a Sunday for service calls. After using your "chat" function on the website describing what my predicament was, John Holton, one of Precision Door Services technicians was dispatched to my home. John was polite and immediately went to work assessing my door and what was needed to repair it. He gave me a detailed estimate of what it would take and after I agreed immediately went to work. Some 2 hours later my door was operating as though it were new again. John knew that I had done this type of work before so there was no trying to get me to do something and spend money I didn't need to. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone. They perform as advertised which is a rarity these days.

was not happy with service was told by receptionist or who ever answers phone service man would have parts on truck to repair opener. didn't have anything paid for service call and he googled the problem as I had already done before he came. I told service women could be circuit card was told they had replacement parts on truck. if I would have known all he could do was try and sell me new opener I would not have had. you come out. I think I should have my money returned. was not happy!!!!

The rep was very competent and courteous. I would recommend less aftershave. I have an extreme reaction to perfumes, aftershaves, etc. my throat gets irate do and I start to cough. Not his problem, mine but nonetheless just thought I would mention it. Also, last fall Tom came to fix the cables on my door, told me my door was in bad shape and said a comparable door would cost about $850. Imagine my surprise to order a new one today for $1300+. It is what it is. I'm sure my new door will be fabulous. Just sayin.
