Great service, Worked a chat (best experience I've had with those) with Ashley, on a Sunday morning and before noon, the technician, Troy was at our place. He clearly explained what was happening and offered solutions for our 15 year old door. 90 minutes later it was all set to go. He didn't have one part (surge protector) so indicated he would be back out the next day to install and, like clockwork he was. Highly recommend this company.

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision to see if they could help. Amanda was very courteous and made sure she had all the right information and said she could have someone out that afternoon. Josh called to see if it was ok if he could come a little early. When he got here he look over my door and gave me quote and only sold me what I needed, he was not pushing to sell the whole package. He got started with the work, he was courteous, respectful and kind, he went above the call of duty, he did a great job; he fixed the spring and worked until he got the door quite and running smooth. It has never worked better. Thanks Josh Precision will be my go to for my garage door.

Called at 12 Noon. Devon (The Tech) was out by 1:15 on the same day. Devon performed an inspected, showed me some other concerns he had, and then I chose the work I wanted to perform. Service was great. I requested quote and was given prompt call back by Tom. He was knowledgeable and walked we through options and provide cost of complete service. When technician Devon arrived he too was knowledgeable and provide recommendation on best installation option. Devon did great job installing 2 units and replacing rollers in one door. The work was done in clean and efficient manner with high quality. Devon provided thorough review of systems. The doors operation is now significantly quieter and smoother.

Devon was knowledgeable, came early, and gave us the fix-it for now option or replace it now. Our opener was SO noisy, and he lubed up everything. It's tons quieter. May not stay that way, since it's almost 19 years old. When it has to be replaced, we will definitely call on Precision.

Wow! Precision Door Service just exceeded my expectations today! Everything from the first contact to good-bye was courteous, professional and top notch. Troy, the technician, communicated his arrival time, arrived on time, explained all that the service I needed entailed (without trying to sell me something I didn't need) and completed the job quickly and efficiently making sure that I didn't have any unanswered questions.
