They picked up on the phone right away. As we were going out of town in a few days, they got a repairman (mike) out early the next morning. He got garage fixed. We were going to have door replaced next spring anyway, as it was 30 years old, so mike gave us a rundown on the cost of a new door and opener. The crew was out early the next morning and had it in place just in time for our travel time. Highly recommend. Fast, efficient, pleasant.

On Sunday I had an issue with my garage door not opening. I called that evening and spoke with a friendly representative who was able to set up an appointment for the next day between 10:00am and noon. The technician, Mike, arrived a few minutes before 10:00am, reviewed the garage door, and gave me a quote within minutes. He repaired the garage door in about 1/2 hour, and I was totally satisfied with the results. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Very wothwhile experience. What resulted in being only a minor issue was valuable in having Service Tech, Mike Greek, proivde some valuable insight and information for going forward. Was very hlad he could come and look over the garage door and its condition. I called them on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday and they sent the wrong person one for replacing the door not to fix it. He said we can have someone come out Thursday. Will he came out and did not have the right springs but said it could take up yo 1 month to get the right one in. My door won't open because my spring is broken. I told him I will call him later so he said you have to pay $75.00 now for me coming out and the coast would be over $750.00 for the springs. I called North Country and he was out In one hr. Had the right springs on his truck he fix my door and put the heavy duty spring on and only charged me $350.00.

Inexperienced and poorly trained. The service provided did not meet my expectations. The technician spent about 50% of the service call on his cell phone planning a fishing trip for the next day - which I found to be totally unacceptable!

One of the springs on our garage door broke on a weekend so I gave Precision a call. Someone answered right away and helped setup an appointment. Our garage door opener died on us and I called Precision on a Friday afternoon. Their installer Mike was here at noon that Sunday, right on time. Super Bowl Sunday no less. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. He shared the options, upgrades, and accessories, but at no point did I feel pressured to buy. Mike was done within an hour and we have a much quieter, more efficient garage door opener. A very happy customer in Corcoran. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
