This means we inspect every door and opener and note the condition of all parts and offer solutions to take care of anything we see as an issue. The spring on my garage door broke Sunday. The first place I called said they would have to come look Monday morning, explained a spring shortage, many people ahead of me…. I called Precision next. Jessica told me a technician could be to my house Tuesday morning between 8 and 10 and would be prepared to replace my springs and cables then. Mike Greek called me shortly after 8, said he was on his way. He explained my options (the door had dropped and had some damage), gave me the prices, and got busy! An hour later I was good to go. Mike was great, I will not hesitate to call when I decide to replace my door.

The service tech (Mike) came today and he was the best! He explained everything and answered all my questions honestly. He was courteous and professional. He didn't pressure me into buying anything and seemed sincere in taking care of what was needed today. They were quick to come out and even came earlier than scheduled. When I started having issues with the door, my son-in-law recommended Precision Door Service because he had a positive experience. If I have any problems in the future, I will definitely call Precision Door.

The service Technician Mike was extremely competent, professional and friendly. My garage door has had a gap in it for years and another company tried but couldn't fix it.
