Jim came to service my manual garage door. Prior times I was told that I could not have opener installed because of a support beam in my garage. However , Jim was able to modify the track and install an opener. Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with his service.

On August 1, a lift cable on my garage door suddenly pulled loose and the door came down trapping my car in the garage. I contacted Precision and James Magaard arrived promptly the next morning. After assessing the situation, he gave me a quote and proceeded to replace some damaged parts, restrung the cable, balanced the door and got it all working again. I have owned this property for 30 years and the garage door has never worked this well. Thank you James!

Had an on time technician come to my home. Was very thorough and walk me through the steps and options for the problem I was having on my garage door. Had a great instal and adjusted my main door spot on! Also over the top with mounting the door opener on heavy duty brackets. We had a great experience with Precision. Our spring broke on our garage door Saturday morning. I was able to set up an appointment through the website for later that day. The Tech called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time and told me when he was going to be arriving. He was thorough in explaining what happened and what my options were. He got the job done in about an hour. Would 100% recommend! Courteous, professional and timely!

I can't say enough good things about the experience I just had: my initial call was answered right away, the operators were very courteous and helpful, the service call was conveniently scheduled, and the communication with the technician was perfect. Although I or my tenants were not available to be on-site, I appreciated the email informing me that the technician, James Magaard, was on the way. He also called to let me know, as is part of the service process. If I need garage door service in the future, I will request James. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. The service costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Twin Cities!

Jim was the service rep that came to our home. Very polite and courteous young man. He knew what to do to get our door back in service and gave us a quote for a new door. I didn’t know ho to call for the repair. Superior Garage Door came up in the internet, read a couple reviews and made the call. . We decided to use Superior Garage Door because of the professional way Jim treated us. Hopefully the installers are as good as Jim
