Precicion met every expectation. I had a 2 PM- 4 PM appointment time the Brian B. was there exactly at 2. He diagnosed the problem and checked over my door. My opener was 26 years old so after discussing my options I decided to purchase a new opener. Brian was done in an hour or so, reviewed all that he did (he lubed all the rollers and aligned the door), and demonstrated the operation of the opener. Perfect!!

Hidden charge for credit card service fees. Say they have pictures that we did not have rollers when we did. Said we need parts that we did not just wanted to have the springs and cable fixed. I will not use them again.

Amazing sums it up! Our service technician, Brian, was a delight. He courteously texted and called to inform us he was on his way. From our issue description, he had the knowledge to pinpoint the issue right away. He was extremely helpful and precise. He opened up the garage door opener and showed me exactly where & why my garage door was making a thump/machine gun noise. He walked me through all check points and actually showed me the concerns/issues we had. He replaced the garage door, opener, rollers, and a bracket. Once the garage door opener was installed, he then walked me through set up, he helped program our universal remote and showed me how to do all steps - educating me on the new tech-savvy garage door opener. I was VERY pleased with Brian’s stellar customer service, and we’d call on him the next time something would arise with our garage door and its functionality. I’m extremely grateful for his service.

Broken spring Saturday, appt made and repaired Sunday. Price was a little more than expected however Patrick's customer service and attention to detail made it well worth it. New springs, bearings and rollers. In and out about 90 minutes. Definitely recommend!!

Prompt, professional service.The technician, Chad, called to say he could arrive earlier than the time slot assigned if that would work for me. He assessed the problem and had all the parts with him to replace/fix the issue. No high pressure or scare tactics. I thought the pricing was reasonable, and the customer service, from the first phone call to the completed installation, was very impressive. Highly recommend this company.

I heard about your Company on Garage Logic as I am a GL 'er. I have a tuck under, single car garage as well as a newer 2 car detached garage off the alley. Long story short, highly qualified technician explained why the single garage door kept jumping off the track. A new door and track/rail system would cost $2000. Seeing as I rarely use that door as we use it a shed, he explained and showed me how to keep the top section of the door on the track when I manually lift the door. That was a surprise as he wasn't there just to make a sale. Much appreciated!! I had him look at the 2-car garage opener as the light would work sometimes and most of the time not. He showed me how to use an eraser on a pencil to clean the contact points where the light bulb sits to ensure a clean connection. He also told me of new light bulbs that are available that are "shake" proof and made specifically for garage door openers. Great Information!! He ended up just charging me for just the trip charge. Amazing after all the time he spent at my house. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Brian did a great job coming out and replacing the spring that broke. He went through and explained everything in detail and inspected and gave me recommendations on other things that are in need of repair and why the repairs needed to be done. The good- you guys were very responsive and came out in a timely manner The bad- we got a quote for fixing the door and a quote for getting a new door. We needed to check with our association regarding what is and is not permitted. It took a few days to do that. After we checked I emailed the person who came out at the email address on his business card and asked if we could see a detailed breakdown of what went into the estimate (which seemed a bit high) We never heard back and so we have now moved on to another solution.

The repairman, Jonathan Zwart, was so wonderful!! Not only did he assess the problem thoroughly before offering me an estimated cost to repair, but he listed additional options to improve the performance of my garage door opener. Jonathan also explained the security features available on the newer openers for when the time comes to replace my older model garage door opener. Precision provides a 2 hour window for arrival and Jonathan was right on time, here at 8 AM so I could get the repair and get on with my own schedule. I have had other repairs, plumbers and carpentry, recently and I experienced price gouging and pricing surprises. I did not experience any of that with Precision. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and their technician Jonathan Zwart.
