Craig has been married 26 years to his wife Erica, and has two great kids ages 21 & 19. Craig served 21 years in the U.S. Army Reserves and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. Craig and Erica have owned Precision Door Service in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 2012, and are excited to now also be located in the beautiful Midwest. Craig enjoys both the privilege and opportunity to serve our friends and neighbors within the Twin Cities communities. Craig has high expectations for himself, his team, and the service we provide – He is not happy until you the customer are happy! When not at work Craig enjoys time with family, church, a good game of cards, reading, exploring the beauty of upper Midwest, and serving on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of New Mexico.

We chose you because of location, in the St. Paul area. We like to do local. The day of installation the workers were on time, courteous and did not leave the job until it was complete. It didn't take nearly as long as we had anticipated. The material and workmanship was top quality. We would highly recommend.

I'm a DIY guy and when I got in over my head with installing an over the door spring, Craig was there in about an hour, corrected what I thought was a pretty fix (DIY?)Craig wrapped it up in about a hour. My wife and I still made it out with our three kids for trick or treats. Great guy and 5 star service!

I am not sure my garage door is replaceable but the service and integrity of the owner who came out to assess my project was outstanding and when ever I need a new garage door now and in the future I will be going with this company.

On February 29,2020 our garage door failed. Called made to Precision at 9Am on Saturday. Promised a visit arrived @ 4:30PM. Worked until 8:30 PM. Very Professional, called in extra help. Difficult job as door was jammed at a crooked angle. Made door usable returned on Sunday cable now broken, again door usable. Monday completed work. Craig(owner) here twice. Very nice and professional. This is an excellent company, Very pleased Highly Recommend!! Richard Vaerst
