Technician Allen was great. I do have issues with pricing. You charge a $75 trip charge that is deducted from service if performed. I was invoiced $413 for 25 minutes of work! Labor- $250 (25 minutes) Fuel surcharge- $8 Torsion cable- $95 ($9 Amazon) Bottom Brackets- $85 ($15 Amazon) It's one thing to charge ridiculous mark-up on parts but to absolutely take advantage of customer with labor charges is bad business.

My husband has always fixed our garage door the springs have come off 3 times the last 10 years and it happened again this am thank god it didn’t do damage to our truck. Spring Broke and could not open garage door ... stuck inside. Called Precision and it was fixed within 2 hours. Not cheap, but great service.

Was glad to have someone able to make it a day after I called. Was worth what I paid, not a handyman job, noticed the sound difference and ease of operation the 1st time. The Tech was top shelf. Not a fake review, I only do them when I get what I expected.

I called Precision Door Service given on your site you stressed the fact that fixing a door can be done rather than a full replacement. When the technician got here, the response was the gear is sheered off so the entire garage door opener needs to be replaced. No consideration to even fix the opener was presented. The cost of replacing the opener was quoted at $500 dollars which is ridiculous. And I get charged $75 for the technicians to show up and give me this proposal. I've since purchased the replacement parts for the opener at a cost of $27 and will fix it myself.

The service was very prompt and professional. The technicians knew their stuff and finished the job quickly. The only objection was that the job was extremely expensive. $930 and it took them 45 minutes to complete. I do understand that there is a cost for quick good work and with a shortage of parts at this time it is necessary to pay up.
