Hi, my name is Allen Dreyling Jr. but my friends and family know me as AJ. I am a family oriented man who enjoys quality time with my family. I have a wonderful wife and an amazing son. During my free time, I love playing disc golf with family and friends. I also like video games and going out to eat with my wife and son. When I am at work, I like learning and providing good service as much as possible & providing every bit of knowledge. Technician AJ arrived on time, inspected the door, explained repair options, and quickly completed the repairs that I decided to do. My cars had been trapped in the garage due to a broken door spring, so it was a relief to have the repair completed within a few hours after I called. I would call Precision Door if I need repairs in the future.

Efficient, courteous service. AJ was congenial and well-spoken. He promptly fixed my 50+ year old door, demonstrated its problems, discussed the likelihood of its imminent demise, and made a sales pitch and estimate for a replace the door. I anticipated the process would involve all that and it was not at all a high pressure approach. It is valuable to have a notion of replacement costs so that we can plan for that eventuality.

I am amazed at the speed and professionalism with which this company responds. Within minutes of raising a ticket with my home warranty company, precision called me and fixed an appointment at my choosing. They then bettered it by coming over even before that time when I requested and fixed it all in a very short time. AJ Dreyling was super friendly, helpful and patient with all the questions I interrupted him with and all the while kept on the job and finished it to perfection. No attempt at hard-selling their solution is always a pleasure!

Within about 30 minutes of chatting with their online Customer Service Specialist, AJ was at my place and assessing the situation (some of that was luck of availability and being in the area, I know). AJ explained everything easily and made sure I had no questions. The work was done quickly and respectfully. Hopefully I won't need any more Garage Door repairs, but if I do, I will reach out again.

Precision Door Service was exceptional and professional from start to finish. Our door broke on the weekend -- of course -- and they were able to send someone out within two hours. The service tech was easy to talk to, trustworthy and efficient. He replaced broken springs, rusted rollers, cracking hinges and stabilized the area where the chain was attached to the door. It's rare to have service this good! I will be recommending them to the neighbors!

AJ was great! I was surprised about the "Crashed Door" charge. I thought it was way too expensive and I was not warned about the possibility of this charge on the phone.

AJ was super nice and helpful. He replaced a ton of stuff for us that was rusted and unsafe in addition to the broken spring. He explained everything to me and gave us different payment options which was helpful. He was also nice to my obnoxious cat :)
