Hi, my name is Allen Dreyling Jr. but my friends and family know me as AJ. I am a family oriented man who enjoys quality time with my family. I have a wonderful wife and an amazing son. During my free time, I love playing disc golf with family and friends. I also like video games and going out to eat with my wife and son. When I am at work, I like learning and providing good service as much as possible & providing every bit of knowledge. Our garage door suddenly stopped working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they came out that same day, recommended either a new spring which he could do right then but after chatting we felt a new garage door was the best option. He fixed the spring to carry us through until the new garage door was installed. They got it installed much quicker than estimated and I didn't even have to do a thing! Affordable too! Great experience.

The technition A.J. was very knowledgeable quickly assesed the problem and repaired it accordingly with a new key pad. He was on time in fact called earlier because he had some available time to complete the job earlier. He conducted a psot inspection of the work and tested the system several times to ensure it's proper working order. A.J. was very friendly and provided great customer service. I would highly recomend Precision door.

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. I was able to book my service call at 11:30 at night the day I made the request. I received a confirmation phone with an estimated arrival date for my service call within the first 15 minutes of my 2 hour service window. AJ was courteous, explained options, and made the repairs in a an efficient manner. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage repair!

My wife and I weren't happy with the unexpected cost of having our garage fixed. AJ made this experience a lot easier with his friendly customer service. I truly believe AH was genuine and a very nice guy. To be honest most companies are pretty much the same if your comparing cost. It's the service that sets them apart. I recommend precision because of AJ'S knowledge and the friendly services he provided.

Originally looked at Precision Door because we were unhappy with the previous 2 companies we had worked with on our garage door. AJ came to our house, was able to help troubleshoot issues with our opener, but not only that, identified some potentially hazardous issues with how the previous companies had "fixed" the door. AJ was able to walk me through all the issues and help give me a quote for a new door (which should have happened with the last company rather than their "fix"). AJ was patient with all my questions, had answers ready, and ultimately gave us a good price on a new door. Thank you AJ and Precision Door! I will definitely be calling them again for Garage door issues (just hopefully not too soon!)

5 Stars for sure! Our garage door opener ceased to work last night and after consulting Angie's list for recommendations, decided to contact Precision. I was pleased to be able to speak one on one with a service representative who set about scheduling an appointment for me. My service was scheduled between noon and 2:00PM. At precisely noon, my phone rang! AJ was calling from my driveway; he had arrived. I instinctively KNEW I could trust A.J. He was incredibly pleasant, explained that he would be conducting a thorough exam of our equipment and would communicate his findings upon completion. True to his word, he brought me into the garage to review his findings with me. I realized how lucky we had been that the garage door had worked for as long as it did. I purchased the recommended package and he set about making the repairs. It is comforting to know that all repairs made are guaranteed and I will most definitely be in touch again when I am able to replace the actual garage door opener. A.J. should be commended for his superior customer service skills! He is an exceptional representative for your company! Thank you Precision...thank you again A.J.!

I discovered my garage door had a broken spring on Sunday morning. I called Precision, and they sent AJ out to repair it that afternoon. He had new springs and replacement cables installed in about an hour, explaining each step as he went along (AJ found that the old cables were frayed - not safe). He did an excellent job, and I will call Precision for my next garage door servicing. Atta boy, AJ!

Great experience! AJ was fantastic, and Kristi (the owner) personally emailed and called us to ensure an installation date that worked for us. We purchased a new garage door and automatic opener, and both were installed quickly and work flawlessly! I would definitely recommend Precision Door, and I would for sure use them again :)
