I originally called your company for two reasons. 1) to get a small issue fixed and, 2) to continue my search for a better garage door repair company. The small but irritating issue was resolved quickly. I was then informed of two preventive maintenance or upgrades that he could do immediately that no other company, out of the many I have tried, ever suggested. After accepting the bid, the process went exactly as he described.
