Our technician did a great job of explaining the problem with the door and provide us with a fair estimate. He did the work right away and did it very professionally. He took the extra time to answer my questions. Great thing about this company is their communication. They were very proactive with their communications and I knew exactly who was coming and when they were coming. They showed up on time and did a great job. I would recommend!

I was out of town and my husband called and said the garage door wont open. My home warranty called Precision Door, while the parts were not covered they were great. I asked for an emergency appointment to get my husband's car out for work, and they arrived a few hours later, fixed it, explained everything, were polite, professional, and quick. They cleaned everything up, went over the warranty, showed me what to watch for in the future. Devin did a great job, I highly reccomend.

One of our torsion springs broke on Monday afternoon. I contacted Precision Door Service and the phone was answered by a live person and they scheduled us for a repair the next morning. I received a text and phone call Tuesday alerting us to the arrival time and their representative was punctual. Our technician was Devon and he exceeded our expectations. He was courteous, professional and informative. I would not hesitate to use Precision for any repair in the future.

From the start to finish, PrecisionDoorMN was a great company to work with. The company was assigned by our home warranty company. I spoke with Selena who was extremely helpful and understanding. Was able to assign services for the next day. Jon was more than on time, he was early, which worked better for all of us. He explained the problem, showed me the problem, offered a variety of fixes/prices. Jon was knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the company overall. I’d recommend them!

The installer was okay. The problem I have is the strategy around trying to sell me things I don’t need when I called to get my garage door fixed. Do not try contacting me with an apology because that doesn’t change the strategy. I get that you have to make money, but using scare tactics to try to get me to replace working parts is incredibly disappointing.

Just wow.. my garage door was completely broken. I called in the A.M. and Precision was able to come out to my place that same day at 5pm, and got the door up and running less than an hour.. Rudy Vallejo’s was amazing! Super awesome friendly guy that knows his work. 10/10 !! Very impressed! Keep rockin y’all

Tom was all around great! He called when he was on his way and I received a text message with his info and photo. We had an emergency repair needed, he was able to come earlier than expected. He was extremely professional and provided us with options. He completed our repairs quickly and we’d definitely call Precision again!

After reading reviews of local businesses, I made an appointment to have my garage door sensors replaced. Duncan was my technician. If I could give a ten star review I would! I cannot begin to say what a pleasure it was doing business with Duncan and with your company. Duncan explained everything, did not try to sell me anything I did not need, work was done quickly, professionally and your pricing was fair and competitive with no hidden charges. Duncan clearly enjoys what he is doing and it shows. Sometimes in this era of money making first, customer need and satisfaction last, it is great to know that there are companies and technicians who put service, quality, honesty and fairness first. I asked for a quote and Rudy came out to my house within a few days, great personality and friendly. I agreed to buy the same day. I was told 2-3 weeks, however after 4 weeks I had to call to see the status, and I was told that it just came in that day. They came out at the 5 week mark and did a great job on the installation, cleaned up all the parts, gave me instructions on the door itself and helped set up the opener on my truck. I would recommend this company for a new garage door

We called the 24 hour line on Memorial Day and your guys were able to come out the very next morning so we appreciate that. They were professional and they were nice,too. They also were educational so we learned something for the future. I was so happy about the price that I forgot to redeem our $15 off coupon which we would have qualified for three different categories. Thank you Rudy and Duncan you guys were outstanding.

I would not trust this company. I called and spoke to a customer service representative and told her that one of the springs had broken on my garage door. She said that would generally run $150, but couldn't guarantee that, which I completely understand. She they said it would be $60 for the trip if I chose not to go with their company to fix my garage door. I later realized why that was mentioned. When the service guys showed up, they immediately said they would not fix just the one spring because it was unsafe for them to do that. They also mentioned they would do a 24 point inspection and give me a quote. Immediately, I realized that I was being taken advantage of. The person on the phone told me that it would be approximately $150 for the one spring and the service guy said they don't even do one spring without the other. Awhile later, I got quotes of $555, $600, and $800 for them to replace wheels and clean this and that. I completely understand that every product and service has a price and I am willing to pay for the products and services I receive. However, these folks were called to my home under a completely different expectation of cost. I would advise anyone I know to avoid this company. Trust is one of the most important things a company can have with their customers. Based on the lack of integrity shown in my interaction, I have no trust in this company.

Looked at other reviews and proximity of location to my home. Also the price for a quality smart garage door opener with great features was a deciding factor. The best part was that I was able to get it installed within 2 hours of making the phone call! The install was done in about 30 minutes and was perfectly executed. Good job Rudy and your coworker! I got the system connected to my router as well as linked to Google home so I can command Google to open or close the garage. The Linear App is fully functional and allows me to set schedules, geo fence so the garage opens when I get within a block of my home and close when I leave. Exactly what I wanted! Thanks Precision!

I am so glad I found Precision to get my garage door and opener working properly. Tom was wonderful to work with, was on time and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he remedied it. Precision did an excellent job replacing broken springs and installed new cables and end bearings. Their technician arrived on time and completed his repair very efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. It was great that they offered a same day service. Highly recommend Precision and Devan for future garage door repairs and install.
