I highly recommend Precision Door. They have been awesome to work with. Their technician Ian Porter came an assessed the problem. He was very professional,very knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. It turned out I needed a new garage door. He ordered the door. Customer service and let me know the door was in and set up an installment date. Today Rudy Vallejos came and installed the door. He did a fantastic job and was extremely pleasant. I love my new door. It looks great and works perfect. Thank you Precision Door!!!

I chose Precision because of their professionalism and responsiveness to my questions. I wanted a product with great lighting, which they offered. Also, includes an app, which unfortunately may not work in my home because the wifi signal probably won't reach. The tech, Jason, was friendly, professional and efficient. Also, they sent his picture to me in advance so I would know who to expect.

Technician Jon was early, very professional from beginning to finish. He showed pictures and explored three options while explaining what could happen if left as it was. When parts were taken off I was shown why they needed to be replaced. Rollers, torsion cables, end bearing plate, bottom bracket standard, vertical track, bottom weather seal. Done in a timely matter. Very highly recommended!

Life is short so I normally don't fill out surveys, but Precision was so good that I am making an exception. I chose Precision because they had one of the best websites but that, of course, doesn't fix my garage door. The good website, in this case, is an indication of a quality organization. All contacts with these folks were terrific. It started with the person answering my request for service call. She was very professional and they were able to schedule the repair the same day. We then received emails and calls updating us about the scheduled repair and when the technician would arrive. The technician, Jon, was very personable, he didn't try to sell me anything I did not need, and performed a quality repair. All repair documentation arrived in a timely manner. If I have garage door issues in the future I will call Precision and I can recommend them.

Divine providence brought me to your telephone number late on a Friday afternoon. Saturday AM, John showed up at 8 AM and complete the repair in about 30 minutes, turning a big mess into no mess at all. All of the social network stuff, that your company does was great. Thanks for being so customer orientated. Even left a sticker with phone number, when the old door needs more attention. Good experience at competitive pricing.

No one likes to deal with garage issues. But if you do, I would highly recommend Precision Door Service! My garage door opener recently died. I called Precision and they offered to send someone out the same day. From the initial contact to the end of the service, everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Rudy (technician) explained all my options for a new garage door opener as well as the prices (fair) and the ins & outs of each. What I liked best is that it was just an honest explanation (as opposed to the typical salesman push to buy the most expensive as you often get with the plumber, furnace, etc.). The installation was done well and quickly. Altogether the quality of service was exemplary!

Our garage door broke suddenly on a Thursday and Precision Door was able to come the following afternoon to fix it. Ruddy did an amazing job. He was friendly and professional. He arrived promptly, and quickly assessed and explained our door situation. I appreciated that he gave me several repair and price options. Within an hour the job was done. I would like to share my experience with Precision Door Service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My garage door was stuck open Labor Day weekend beginning late Saturday afternoon. I checked in with 2 other garage door companies that stated in their add that they provided emergency service. Both companies I talked to were very put out that I would call on a holiday weekend. Does one plan to have their garage door break? I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with one of the two companies as I had worked with them in the past (side note: will never again now that I have found Precision Door Service). The soonest they could come out was Tuesday after the holiday. My garage would be wide open for 3 days. On Sunday I decided to continue to look for someone that might help me. I saw Precision Door Service's website indicating they were open on Sunday. I called at 8am - they had a service tech out by 11am - on Sunday! Not only was my door fixed to the point of enabling it to shut but the tech also took the time to change out the worn rollers (rollers were needed because they were worn out but not needed to get the door shut). Duncan was the tech that came out on Sunday. Duncan was great to work with, knew what he was doing and was easy to understand. His customer service skills - excellent! I was also impressed by all the electronic communications received from Precision Door - texts and emails to communicate appointment time window, arrival time, copies of the estimates and invoice. Duncan also called to let me know when he was within 15 minutes of arrival. I really felt and continue to feel like a valued customer not an inconvenience. This is the third emergency call that I have had on my garage door. The cables wrap around the "roll bar" and then off the pulleys. Duncan was the first tech to actually figure out why this is happening. It seems to happen about every 2 years since I moved in. The door as I had suspected was originally put in wrong. When I'm ready to have a new door and tracks put in there is no doubt that Precision Door Service will be my first call. Thank you Duncan and everyone at Precision Door Service. You guys rock!
