On August 1, a lift cable on my garage door suddenly pulled loose and the door came down trapping my car in the garage. I contacted Precision and James Magaard arrived promptly the next morning. After assessing the situation, he gave me a quote and proceeded to replace some damaged parts, restrung the cable, balanced the door and got it all working again. I have owned this property for 30 years and the garage door has never worked this well. Thank you James!

Door was repaired but cost was extremely high Tech-Chad came out and repaired door -around 5 hundred Door worked- figured ok needed it done Four days later power outage in area due to storm,tried to open door manually- would not work called and got another tech Bret he came out and could not get it to operate manually.He tried many things but with Little success- I lost it - he worked on it but still no success so he proposed that for $500.00 he would send another Tech the following day to fix it Next day Chad shows up and fixes door for $500.00 So for $1000.00 dollars, I get my door fixed—— Question. What did Chad do in 1st repair that caused the door to not open manually. Was attempted repair measures done during Bert’s work cause higher cost to get door operable. I have heard good reviews about Prescision but this doesn’t sound like good business practices

We have had a chance to look over this situation and do see that on our first visit that many items were causing issues in our Condition Report and and estimate was given to address all of the issues, yet the repair authorized only addressed part of the problem. The next visit was from our Manager, who tried to make it work, but the rest of the repairs were necessary as well. We are sorry that you are not happy with the way this all worked out, but hope that you are happy with the end result. We had two new garage door openers installed by Alex. The whole process was excellent. Scheduling was easy (the dispatcher was able to get me an appointment on the same day) and the technician Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, on time and did a fantastic job with the installation. He accommodated us throughout the whole process and took time to explain the new device and its functions. I am very happy with this company and can fully recommend it.

We had a great experience with Precision. Our spring broke on our garage door Saturday morning. I was able to set up an appointment through the website for later that day. The Tech called me 20 minutes before the scheduled time and told me when he was going to be arriving. He was thorough in explaining what happened and what my options were. I first came to Precision two years ago when one of our tension springs snapped. They fixed it ASAP! So when a couple nights ago our garage door failed to close, I knew who to call. Priscilla sent Jonathan out the same day! Jonathan troubleshooted & figured out the issue within 2 minutes. He explained all of the options thoroughly, step-by-step, and didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder. He was courteous, professional, speedy, & so polite! I was so impressed that he had everything he needed to replace our chain motor with a belt motor right in his truck. It was nice to have the different price-tiered options offered. Upon completion of the installation he explained how to use every component, and left me feeling confident in our new Genie motor. Our garage is 100% brighter now too! I am so grateful for Jonathan, Priscilla, & Precision Door Service. Honestly Jonathan is the most knowledgeable & confident technician I’ve ever had to my house, and we’ve had many a thing fixed through the years! Mike Greek did an excellent job of fixing our problem and giving our garage door a complete alignment. It's too bad they don't have some kind of lifting mechanism to lift these heavy doors. These young guys are going to have back problems trying to lift a door that has been disconnected. Back problems are not fun.

Who knew we would be so excited about a new garage door?! Last week, Precision Garage Door installed a new door in our one-car garage. Our old door was an eyesore with a lot of peeling lead-paint. We now have a new insulated door with windows and couldn’t be more pleased to walk into a formerly dark space and now have light. Our service technicians, from our original quote to the guys doing the installing were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installers handled the lead-painted doors responsibly during removal and carefully worked around our fragile old stucco walls during the install. We highly recommend Precision Door.
