I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on Friday afternoon via chat. They arranged to have a technician here on Saturday at 8:00am. He was friendly, polite, professional and masked. He assessed the problem and knew exactly how to repair the garage door. He gave a quote and then completed the work in a very timely manner. I called mid-morning and a technician was scheduled to come between 2:00 and 4:00. At around 1:15 I received a call from Devon saying that he could come at 1:45 if that was okay. He arrived at 1:47, completed replacement of springs and other parts and had the door working within an hour. He was a pleasure to watch doing his job. I was impressed with his professionalism and good manners. If I had a business I’d hope to hire talented people with his work ethic.
